I was visiting NTB for a state vehicle inspection, the first visit during the morning I was told that the person “in-charge” of doing it was not available, then I came back during the afternoon, I paid for the vehicle inspection and after a couple of minutes, they just gave me the certificate stating that my car passed the inspection, I was a little surprised, because I didn’t see anyone performing any physical check to the vehicle (my car was in the parking lot the whole time) and I didn’t enquiry further...
I am not an expert on state vehicle inspections, but common-sense dictates that to perform a vehicle inspection, you are supposed to inspect physically the vehicle... I may have missed when someone from NTB did the inspection, but if that was the case, it was done very quickly.
Note – the same day, I went to another place to get a new vehicle inspection, because I was not confident to use the certificate that NTB issued for my vehicle (also because the certificate showed an incorrect odometer reading).

Jeff was great! He let me know what tire I needed and they quickly got it changed. Then I was back on the road for home in Dallas! Thanks, NTB!!

Needed a tire replacement, and Jeff found the cheapest solution with similar tread. He was extremely helpful and honest about the wear on the tires. Many places would try to sell expensive tires or other unneeded things, but not here. Best customer service hands down.

Came here to get my battery changed and they were full of cars. We’re still able to get my battery replaced in a fast manner, will be coming back.
