Beware - Add $3000.00 to your price you thought you agree to. They disguise "taxable add on" in the offer. Pretty shady.

Wasted my time!!! I drove from Houston to look at a truck which has been sitting on the lot for 45 days. After the salesperson went and talked to the "manager" they came back with an insulting offer on the truck. What a waste of my time!!!

We traded in a vehicle for the electric 2023 Ariya!!! Very happy so far with the driving experience, and the ease to charge it. It comes with a few adaptors for the "trickle charge" and "normal charge", but also has a port to enable a "quick charge". We can easily charge at home so this was a no-brainer- but I can see that other buyers need to carefully consider this point until there are more charging stations available.

bought a new car from them after first seeing it online. the online car showed it to be $25,000 selling price. after driving 45 mins to the dealer the actual sticker price was $28,000 because of dealer add-ons. imo that should had been included online price. also had a pop up that said get $1,500 customer discount that they did not give. bought the car me and my wife wanted and am pleased with our new car. am not pleased with the online site being inaccurate.

Scheduling a car maintenance is a bit weird but I have yet to have a problem with the staff and service. They are very generous and straight to the point on all questions and problems I've run into.

Came here for the first time to service my wife's Nissan Kicks that was recently shipped from Hawaii. We were able to schedule an appointment within a few days and knocked out our routine oil change, State inspection permit, and they did other checks to see if I needed a tire rotation and air filter change. Staff member Josh assisted me and he is informational and friendly. The vehicle service was done before 40mins. Normally back home in Hawaii, I'd be paying about $100+, but I only paid $64 and some change. My Rogue will be arriving soon and I can't wait to schedule services for my Rogue here as well. Not too sure about the parking lot because I pulled right into the Service Center.

This dealership is run by a bunch of crooks. If I could I would give it a zero rating. The only reason I don't is the sales rep Justin. The service department tried to charge me $2100.00 for minor repairs on parts available online for $50. They wanted to sell me a complete subframe instead of replacing the $50 bushings. Then unsolicited they asked if they could do a carfax report on vehicle. Vehicle was appraised at $15,100. Later we went into discuss trades. They changed their offer to $11000. They then pulled up $2800 in "taxable fees" that were never mentioned. I was told they were taxing for the GPS system, painless dent removal, paint and interior protection, as well as windshield protection. The amount charged increased each time they came back. I

TLDR: I towed my car there due to being told misleading info, was told I could only trade at their price point which was lower than I was quoted by other car companies. I felt misled and disrespected. Tried to tell GM about experience and was treated the same rude way. The employees flipped like a switch as soon as I didn't like the offer they presented me and told me to go else where instead of trying to work with me.MISLEADING INFO: After explaining the condition that my car was in, I was told they would be able to buy and they buy all kinds of messed up cars, this ended up being untrue.I was told this store and the other Nissan location I wanted to do business with are "sister stores so it's like going to the same place". They are sister stores but they run independently of each other with their own policies so I felt that statements I was told we're just said to bait me into coming to the store.I wasn't going to do business with them but they CALLED ME and the receptionist told me they would be able to buy my car no matter what condition and talked about all the messed up cars they bought previously. This was important (and the reason I wasn't going to go there in the first place) to me because I wanted to keep my options open to see what the best deal was for me. I towed my car there and after josh and Chris looked at it, Chris told me he couldn't buy my car. I asked why, and told him what the receptionist told me, he explained why and the. said he wouldn't "even buy my car for a dollar". I thought that was uncalled for. I told him that wasn't right because I've been quoted a certain amount for it and he cut me off to tell me he would trade my car in at that value. I again told him no because I was quoted a bigger amount for a trade in and he looked at me and laughed. He told me he would do a trade in for the previous amount or nothing at all.He didn't try to kindly explain anything, he didn't try to ease me into the process. I told them I wanted to keep my options open and he completely shut me down and tried to get me to trade in with that small amount. The conversation ended with him saying "go sell your car for that amount then" I had to walk off because I didn't agree with what he said and it seemed like he was trying to take advantage of me. I called the GM to complain and chip Watkins had the same condescending attitude with me. I tried to point out the flaws in what their receptionist was telling me because I was completely misled. He called me a liar and didn't take anything I said seriously. We actually got into a full blown argument. I asked what his district managers name was and he told me to go look it up.Completely disrespectful and rude and this could have all been avoided if Chris didn't treat me like I didn't know anything and giving me one deal to work with. The GM tried to say I wasn't going to do business with them anyway, then why would I tow my car there? I really wanted to get rid of my Nissan and if the employees were nice and I felt at ease I wouldn't have felt the need to go elsewhere. I would have traded but since they didn't take the time to ask the right questions instead of writing me off immediately for whatever reason they didn't get my business. They keep mentioning that I'm only telling my side of events but I have no idea what other side there is. Unless their employees are lying, I relayed exactly what happened and why I came to the store in the first place. I don't really have a reason to make things up about people I've never met.

Charles was incredibly timely and insightful in the service department. Izzy, the service manager was very good at texting me updates and keeping me in the loop.

Douglas Nissan has great customer service as far as parts they are on the pricey side but worth it rather then a junk yard trying to sell you a used part.
