Staff is horrible, extremely unprofessional and massively unhelpful. You have to practically place a pickup order just to get them to look for an item their website claims they have in stock just so they can cancel the order moments later because they are just that lazy! Every staff member we passed ignored us and the cashier well she just stood there leaned against the wall holding the counter up with the most disgusting look on her face! I get work sucks but find another job if it's that bad! Finally found what I needed at Cracker Barrel nice to know I won't need to show Michael's again

Michaels has always been my place to shop for art supplies but lately can't find the items I usually buy. And if I don't like the self check out. It also cuts someone out of a job.
