Nikki made our experience at Mattress Firm a great one. We showed up at the store 30 mins before closing, which we felt bad for, even though we knew we were buying a mattress. Nikki gave us an exceptional service. Answered our questions, showed us their inventory and kept conversation throughout the time. She didn’t care it was gonna be past closing time. She made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Definitely recommend that if you go to Mattress Firm ask for Nikki.

Ryan was awesome and so nice! He really took his time to help me and my husband buy our first mattress after we have been sleeping on a “dead” hand me down mattress for years. We got a great deal and look forward to better sleep

Nikki made buying a mattress a great experience! She’s super knowledgeable and ensures that the mattress you buy is perfect for what you need. I went to MattressFirm with my husband to buy our first mattress together.
We were greeted by all of the sales associates, and Nikki approached us with a welcoming smile. We were also clueless about what we wanted, but Nikki was patient and informative. We tried out some of the mattresses all while Nikki dropped her matress expertise to inform our experience. Never once did we feel pressured to get anything out of our budget. She ensured we were happy before we made our final decisions. She share tips and tricks for navigating our financing account. Overall very pleasant experience with a helpful and cheery MattressFirm expert :)
We can't wait to get a peaceful night's sleep on our new mattress!!
