I had a bunch of questions and Omer was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be buying my son's computer from 12th Man Technology because of the priority repairs and loaners. Pricing matches Apple Education pricing.

Went here because Apple works with them or suggests them...well they had my phone for a month. No updates on their end... had to continue to text and reach out, but all I kept getting from them was "apple still has your phone, that's all we know"
Isn't it your job to do follow ups? Finally they got word from Apple (after multiple times of me contacting them) they blamed it on Apple and apologized on "Apples behalf" I got my phone in a few days after that. When returning their loaner phone they offer you (which was nothing great or equivalent to my phone) they charged me $30 because the case was cracked.
So....lets have my phone essentially lost for an entire month, not give me or find updates on it until I annoy enough, and then charge me $30 for a cheap phone case on top of everything?
As if the inconvenience of this all wasn't enough.
Take the drive to Houston to an Apple Store honestly.
Management should have apologized and then taken the loss of their cheap phone case.

I needed help purchasing a student laptop due to an ordering issue on the website. I was surprised to hear a real person answer when I called without having to go through prerecorded menu options. Omer was so helpful. He worked through the issue, called me back, gave me clear instructions for purchasing and texted with me after the completed purchase. He has great customer service skills. I highly recommend.

Bought our device here for my daughter to start in August. The staff are really helpful and are patient … they answer all the questions asked. Especially like the ability to get the device repaired for free as well as any tech help since we bought it from the store.

I went to visit the 12th man location on Grahm road after my laptop broke. Several of my keys stopped working simultaneously and I accidentally broke a key while trying to fix it.
The staff was kind and helpful. They gave me a free diagnostic with my apple care and said that if they found no accidental damage (e.g. water damage), then it would be covered under Apple Care. However, they did warn me about they did have concerns about the broken U key.
When I returned a few days later, I was told that there was no liquid damage which typically mean it would be covered. However, because I damaged a key, it would cost a full $350 without tax to repair the entire thing. I don't understand why it would cost 350 just because of one key, but that seems to be their policy since it was technically accidental damage (a key replacement cost about $14 on Amazon).
I declined the service and made the drive to San Antonio to repair it. Not only did Apple fix the issue, they completely replaced the bottom part of my laptop. Turns out there was an issue with the battery that caused my keys to stop working. I basically received a new laptop without paying a single penny. They did not make a fuss about the broken key and said it was easy to replace. My laptop got shipped overnight and I recieved it within 2 days of returning back to college station.
It seems Apple Care will cover MUCH more at the actual store, so it is 1000% worth the drive or shipping it you have insurance. However, if I didn't have coverage, it would have cost me $450 to replace. The staff at 12th Man are kind and helpful, but please seek assistance from the Apple Store first if you have Apple Care. Do not purchase a new laptop or repair if you haven't exhausted your other options.

Bad service!! My friend went to get her phone repaired here. They took her phone and sent it in for services and she specifically stated she wanted to be contacted through email because she wouldn’t be able to through the phone number. They told her if she received no messages it would be ready for pick up after two weeks. We came in after the 2 week mark and they said they had sent a message 10 days ago but it was through the phone number and that the phone has not been repaired yet. Now it’s too late to repair her phone because it finals week and she leaves for the summer soon. It was specifically stated that she needed contact through email they were not carful at all and did mot read the comments that were with her phone. In addition they did not send a follow up email. If there is no action from the customer in response to a message after a certain amount of days there should be another message sent out through both forms of contact. This is unacceptable for something like a phone with is required for daily basic uses.

The staff was very helpful when I was looking for a new laptop charger to replace an older one I’d lost. I couldn’t remember the type of charger I needed, and the employee who helped me, Tex, found a replacement that worked even better than the last.
