The guy kept hurting my hands. I told him multiple times that it was hurting me and he did nothing to fix it. The nails looked great when done and the dip was super thin… which I thought was cool but it’s day three and they’re already chipping:( for $46 it is not what I expected. Sadly probably not going back to this place again. They just were not very welcoming or even seemed to care when I told them it hurt.

I have been using this location for 10 years! I have been happy with my pedicure and nails every single time. I recommend it every chance I get. I haven’t ever had to wait more than 5 min!

Lucky Nails was recommended to me by a friend. I am a first timer for powder nails. Amy explained the whole process and took time to answer my questions. My nails turned out great, will definitely be going back. Thank you Amy!

Worst experience every was criticized for my feet and hand and when I mean criticizes I mean her tell him the were horrible and I need to take care of them more and that they were nasty. Well I have 2 kids under 3 so I don’t get much time to do so. Then the next day I brake a nail not even doing anything just snaps in half. My nails and toes look horrible and she also forced me to do two different color and charged more for that I didn’t even want to told her many time but she wouldn’t listen. I will never go back!!!!????Services: Pedicure

I haven’t even had my nails on for a week and I’ve already lost 2. I went back and they fixed one that I lost at the point I showed them that 6, yes 6 of my other nails were lifting already (it had only been 4 days when I went back in) they fixed the one that came off and didn’t even attempt to fix the others. When I got them done they told me they assure their nails for 7 days. The reason for giving 2 stars is because my pedicure that Tommy gave me was probably the best I’ve ever had. I would NOT use them for acrylics though.Services: Pedicures

This is by far the best nail salon in college station! I am so picky with nail salons especially in regards to their cleanliness. This salon is beautiful inside, extremely clean, using new tools for each pedicure (love this!) and taking their time. Every time I come in I leave beyond happy with my service and a paint job that lasts me weeks and weeks! Im new to the area and i tried a couple other salons in the area and this one blew them out of the water. Super sweet staff and awesome service. So grateful to have found them!!

The people here are very kind, but I'm not happy at all with they way they do dip manicures. She left some of the previous nail polish on even though it was just regular polish. Never pushed back my cuticles, which led to the dip lifting after a few days, and caked on the powder with a paint brush which makes them thick. She also filed my nails down way too much, which was painful and I now have a lot of hang nails. I don't recommend this place for dip manicure.Services: Manicures

I have been going to this salon for 5 or 7 yrs. I have tried others but I keep returning to Lucky because of how clean their shop is. Their cleanliness and hygienic practices are not an air, it is how they operate. Always provide good service and not as pricey as the others which serve alcoholic drinks and have expensive chandeliers. I didn't give 5 stars because some of their nail polish bottles seem old. I suppose the reason they aren't tossed out yet could be related to merchandise shortages.

I got such a good foot massage I forgot I'm happily married and almost proposed to Peter. Seriously, it was that good. And he didn't even flinch at my way too long leg hair, so bonus.

I'm not that high-maintenance about my nails and I rarely write negative reviews, but a recent trip to this place needs to be put out into the yelp universe. Friendly people working there and a nice facility - it's new and the equipment is nice. However, it's quiet as a morgue except for a tv tuned to some regular station by the pedicure stations, commercials and all. There is no relaxing music being piped in, nothing calming or meditative. Just the buzz of silent customers having their nails mechanically buffed. Just a little light classical or "spa" music would make a major difference. There is no warm, bubbly, good smelling water to soak your nails in. No hand massage. No nice products being used. It's just tepid water soak in a less than clean dish. No frills is one thing, but I wasn't given a menu to look at other options, so not sure if they exist. This is a place for a polish change only. Don't expect to relax here. My main concern is the lack of good hygiene. They do use tools from a new autoclaved bag, but not ALL the tools. They are using very dirty buffing squares and files. Very dirty. When the tech first nicked one cuticle, I told him to take it easy, not so hard. Then it happened again. Two cuticles bleeding, I stopped the process and told him I'd pay for what work he had done and I left. He was very nice, but seemed confused. That's not something that should happen once, let alone twice. These reviews typically reflect the experience of one interaction, with one employee and mine was unfortunate. My tech seemed very green. Language is always an issue at nail salons, but it's never been a problem for me at any other place (I realized after leaving, I should have stuck with my normal place instead of trying something new because it was near my office). Nice facility, nice people, fair prices. But bad practices, terrible ambience, and they're not using all sterile or new tools, which is very concerning. Covid comment - Delta is surging and hospitals are full in the area. If you care about such things, employees were not wearing masks and there were no screens for distancing etc. Nail stations and other customers not spaced at all. You may or may not care about that, but it's worth pointing out.
