The new location is easy to get to near the Kroger on Rock Prairie. It's a clean, new building with easy parking. Lots of windows & light in the waiting area which I appreciated. Both my husband and I have had labs drawn at this building and it's been a pleasant experience, as much as blood draws can be. My husband who hates needles had a technician who found his vein on the first try and it didn't hurt. I had an appointment, he did walk in at 7:30am. We both were in and out.The previous reviews from the last few years were from different locations (they have moved locations twice in the last 2-4 years) and I think they must have new staff because everyone we had contact with was very nice and helpful.

I had a great experience with Cheryl! She was very sweet and was talking me out of passing out the whole time.

Two kind women assisted me and checked on me even though I arrived just an hour before closing as a walk-in. Although I was unable to fax my papers over on time, they still showed concern for me. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but if you could convey my gratitude to them again, I would greatly appreciate it. They worked on May 9th, 2023, from 3 to 4:30 PM, located at 1725 Birmingham Rd, Unit 100, College Station, TX 77845, United States.

Arrived as a walk in patient about 20 minutes before close. They had me in and out in ten minutes if that. Staff was super friendly. I have nothing but hidden veins you cannot see but can only feel, first stick she got it right away. Did procedure correct and no bruising the next day from the stick etc. I wish all labs had this level of quality.

I went to this office and it says it accepts walk ins, I went before 4pm and when I got there the sign in kiosk said it has no 'appointments' and could not accommodate me for today. I drove about an hour to get there and there was no appointment making online. If there was it is not easily available. So irresponsible.

I've been to this location several times and got right in without an appointment - their website states that they close at 4:30 - I got there at 4:07 and the check in computer said they are no longer performing that service today!! They need to put that on the website as I travel 27 miles each way for this!

Worse customer service. Their billing department is full of incompetent people. Paid the bill and did not get credited for it. Was on hold for almost an hour to get it handled. Never use this company again!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Just to set the scene, I visited this lab corps website prior to my visit to make sure I did not need to make an appointment and to make sure that I was going at an appropriate time. I could not find any information on how to make an appointment and the website said to call ahead of time just to make sure there would be no issues so I did. It is incredibly difficult, actually impossible to get a hold of someone at the actual clinic. So I arrived around 12:30, and unfortunately they were on lunch until 1 o’clock (nothing on the website said they would be closed for lunch) Being that I was already there and I live an hour away I decided to wait the 30 minutes until they came back. I waited alongside another woman who had two kids one around the age of seven and an infant. Being that we were waiting together we talked for a little and she was very kind.1 o’clock came around and we then entered the clinic.I let the mom go ahead of me and check in so that way her and her children could get out the quickest. As the mom was checking in an older woman who worked there made a comment to her saying she could not proceed due to having her children. As I got to talk to the mom, I knew she was not able to come back at another time and needed this lab for work so I offered to watch her children as she went in.The older Lab woman came back a little bit before the mom did and called my name but I could see the mom walking down the hallway towards the office as she did. So, I asked the older lab woman if we could wait just a second until the mom got back to take her children and if that was an issue someone else could go ahead of me. The older lab woman then decided to roll her eyes, scoff, and walked away closing the door. No reply.2 seconds after the door closed the mom came out and left with her children. A younger lab woman came about a minute later and took me back. I passed the older lab woman on my way to the collection room, and she didn’t say a word. Just looked very annoyed.Once I was done I exited the collection room and decided to ask the older lab woman which way she would prefer me to exit, as it seemed like there were two separate sides to exit. She then proceeded to say in a very rude tone, “um the one with the exit sign”I just ignored the tone and assumed it was the door I entered through, thanked her, and left. No reply, not even a thank you or have a good day.

Worthless place and employees. Website says they close at 430. I get here at 340 after driving 30min to be told we're done for the day. I want some gas money for wasting my time

I get lab work done fairly regularly for my doctor's office in Houston, it's always a pleasure to have the convenience of coming here instead of making the trip into town. Today I met one of the best associates so far, Sharnell, she was very nice, and I felt no pain while having my blood drawn. I have to say that today's experience there with Sharnell has been my experience so far, and that's saying a lot as I have been going to the same location for years.

Multiple employees told me I should tell my employer what medications I take, which is entirely inappropriate and complete misinformation. Do not reveal your private health information to anyone but a medical professional.

Literally can never get a vein.Always have to be poked more than once. They don’t communicate with each other. One girl tried and couldn’t get my vein so she left the room. ( didn’t say anything )The older lady came in and put on gloves and asked what arm , I told her my right , she started wiping my arm and noticed there was blood and asked “ did she already poke you “And I’m just in disbelief that the girl before didn’t tell her she poked me.Luckily she got my blood, but today was my last time. She was touching my arm trying to feel for veins and already started asking questions “ did you drink water “ “ do your veins roll “At that point I already knew how it was going to go. She didn’t get the vein. She also poked me in a spot in my arm that no one has ever poked before. That was alarming. After she poked me once I told her I don’t want to do this. She said okay and let me get up without even putting a bandaid on.Please avoid this place it’s the worst. I’ve never ever had someone had issues getting my veins except this place. It’s stressful and draining having to deal with these people
