Very very large inventory and very organized too. Clean, a little hot inside but for 1.99 on almost everything in the store, you really can't beat that!

The store stock is very good. Unfortunately the staff were so incredibly unfriendly and rude to both my disabled mother and myself. Employees who do not like interacting with the public should not be in customer service. I will go to the dollar tree from now on though the dollar king has a lovely stock. It is unfortunate.

Its a dollar store with lots of different things. Watch the food you buy. We have found expired food several times. Otherwise it has a good variety of products.

Lady said everything is 1.89 plus tax when I asked for a price on something. The food, snack isle was practically empty. Worst store ever, don't bother going here.

Funny thing, King Dollar is still the "everything is $1.25" store, and yet the Dollar Tree is now claiming their stake on the whole "$1.25 store."

King Dollar is no longer an actual dollar- rather $1.75+. You should ask when entering the store how much the items are before loading up & being surprised at the register. The stock hasn't changed- there've been no improvements to the stores & the store music still has JoLo & Celine Dion on loop. Reasons for the price increases with no improvement to the goods they sell is anyone's guess.

Almost everything in the store is $1.89, tons of good deals compared to the dollar tree. Good selection of food, snacks, and candy, You can find the larger "family sized" cans too unlike the dollar tree. Good place to get cleaning supplies and laundry soap. They have generics and some name brands. Surprisingly Good hardware wall, bike locks, drain snakes, paint brushes, trowels, door stops, zip ties, drywall patches, ect. Great selection of poster board and other office supplies for crafts and school projects. I found a great deal on butane gas refills. Good price and selection of batteries, including button cells. They also had an auxiliary cord and other cables cheaper than the dollar tree. The store is also pretty well organized and stocked with an efficient layout.

Everything for $1.89. Needed readers and sunglasses after first part of cataract surgery. KD has a display of fancy expensive anywhere else glasses up front. Also gallon size refill jugs of hand soap and hand sanitizer. Reduced food stuff items to one aisle.

The prices are fair on some items. You might find the same or similar items for cheaper at the Dollar store. Some of the merchandise is not worth the price. Not very friendly they could improve on their Customer service.
