Do NOT rent storage from Karsten’s! We have had 3 units there for several years and are about to finally get out! We have had so much trouble with getting billed correctly, almost every month something is wrong. When I have to call to correct something, they will say it’s completed and it’s not, it is such a mess!

I cannot say enough great things about this place!!!!! We were evacuating and they are amazing. Pool, dog park, playground area, washateria and more plus the staff was so accommodating with us so unsure what would happen. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! God bless you and this RV Resort!!

Friendly, safe, clean park. Amazing staff that goes out of their way to help you. Clean showers, laundry room, and family room very clean. Too cold for the pool, but it was really nice. Love the children's play area. Very welcoming.

Don't bother trying to get in here. Despite being mostly vacant in the summer, apparently reservations are all booked up through to the holidays. I was offered a space for a month on the contingency that I would have to leave for football season. Apparently being hospitable to working locals willing to pay for a long term stay is less important than catering to drunk screaming football fans. Of course, the park makes more money if they allow tailgaters to reserve weekends many months in advance, since the game weekend rate adds up to more dollars profit than renting to persons staying constantly for a month or more. This isn't an ethical way to run a business. This place is a hot open RV parking lot with no trees and a puny swimming pool. I'm giving two stars because one is required, and the second because the surrounding area actually looks quite nice, rural, and not too busy. But that's it.
