Just called to get a digitizing fee for some awards to be embroidered. Was basically hung up on with a curt" We don't do that." From the reviews, it appears that you do. This is lousy customer service whether you do or don't do embroidery.

CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THEIR PAID FOR ARTWORK FROM THEM. AND THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BE HUNG UP ON, LIKE I WAS AFTER ASKING FOR THE ART WORK. VERY RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP GET WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS NEEDING.

Outstanding work in all 3 areas, embroidery, screen printing and promotional products. And the customer service is the best customer service I have ever received. Most defiantly will be returning here next time.

I needed a grandchild's name embroidered for a Christmas stocking. The previous place I used took too long and I had been turned down by another place because the job was too small. K&L not only came through for me but they did it with a smile. The more I spoke with them the more I realized that they have the small town, personalized customer service that we all look for when doing business, yet they have the capability to handle large jobs as well. Whether for business or personal, I highly recommend using K&L.

Even though our order was complicated and we ended up not getting as many shirts as originally predicted, K&L were great at keeping on top of things, and approached it all with an amazing attitude. They are definitely a local business to support!

I am a business owner, recently moved from Houston, so I did a test run of their services by bringing them one item to do: custom embroidery of 2 of my logos to make a company hoodie. The pricing was fair, the embroidery was great, and they were super nice from beginning to end. So I just left a dozen beanies for them to do and 2 more hoodies - I am excited! By the way: at the same time, I also left a shirt to be done by their competitor the block over. I was seeing who would do the best work to use permanently. Let's just close by saying that I will be leaving a 2 star review for their competitor in just a few minutes! Night and day difference between them on quality and customer service!

Took some items in for them to embroider some comapny clothing for me. The young lady up front was nice, and the lady came from the back to help me as well. I got a timely sample later to approve, and I've been happy with the outcome and quality. I also noticed they have lots of other itmes to customize in there like pens and stuff. go see them. even the pricing was competitive when I compared them to another place in town.
