Jordan gets 5 stars from me because she offers 5 star service, and then some! She knows the real estate market well, and is always a pleasure to visit properties with. I greatly appreciated all the time she put in helping me search for a home in a city I was completely unfamiliar with. That required a lot of work on Jordan's part, which she did with her always pleasant and upbeat demeanor. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Jordan is a GO GETTER! She is always thinking about creative ways to get things done, is super timely in communications, and just ON IT. I've worked with realtors who are passive and leave clients in the lurch, working with Jordan was the exact opposite and a great experience as a home buyer.I worked with Shannon on a 2nd property and she was incredibly detail oriented throughout the process, which was especially helpful since I was purchasing a house from another state.10/10 recommend this team!!!

My wife and I are very pleased with Brick and Parcel! We were introduced to Jordan through our lender and immediately felt like we were talking to someone who understood our stage of life. When we had our first phone call, we weren't ready to start a serious house hunt yet, but we wanted to know what options were out there. After Jordan took full stock of our situation, that information was passed off to Shannon who started communicating with us regularly about different properties. Shannon was very encouraging from the beginning, showing us a wide variety of properties that fit in the parameters that we had set. Even before the house hunt began, Shannon and Jordan were able to get us excited about our future plans!Once the hunt started, we started communicating with Shannon more regularly. Setting up appointments to view houses was very easy since Shannon always responded very quickly. My wife and I ended up finding the house we wanted very soon, but the buying process was not without its hiccups. We dealt with a very difficult seller and a lot of unprecedented situations with the house we bought, and it would take too much space to talk about it all in this review. All I can say is my wife and I were constantly grateful to know that Shannon was in our corner, working tirelessly to make the whole thing as easy for us as she could. No matter what went wrong in the process, Shannon was always able to provide us with the best options for proceeding. In the end, we couldn't have done it without her and would do it all again in a heartbeat! Being first time homeowners, we certainly asked a LOT of our realtor, and Shannon was able to handle all of it with patience and encouragement. We are so thankful we got to work with Brick and Parcel!

We live in Round Rock and were looking for a rental property in College Station. I contacted Jordan in the evening by email and she called me right away. The very next morning she had a couple places to show us using video chat. They were exactly what were looking for and she did an excellent job pointing out everything she could find that was potentially something we might care about. It was like we were walking through the properties ourselves. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking to buy/sell in the College Station area!
