I would give more stars if I could! Wow! They have a number of convenient locations. We used the one on Longmire. I spent a day calling several different businesses to decide on where to take our taxes. From the first phone call, Jackson Hewitt was informative about their process and patient with me: I asked lots of questions! But the woman was kind and answered them all, putting me at ease. I took our taxes in on a Thursday around 2:30 and they were pretty much done 12 hours later! -just needed a few questions answered since this was our first time there. I'm very pleased and will happily return next year. Ryan was our preparer: Thank you, Ryan!

In March 2023 I asked for some help and catching up on some unfiled taxes gave them my name social security number and they said we'll get back in touch with you let us check never heard back I went back four additional times finally ask for 75.00 to file a power of attorney this is now March of 2024 and I've never dealt with a more inept and unorganized business in my life I honestly should be banned from the state of Texas for operating a so-called tax preparation companyLee G

Just got off the phone with the employee that picked up. no name was given or questions answered just a bunch of "I don't know". Didn't help one bit and definitely no good customer service was given.
