I had a wonderful experience with John and Isaac. They took the time to listen to me and look over some pictures of hair color and style I was trying to achieve. They both worked diligently to help get my color very close to what I was wanting..going from a dulled out brass dark to a vibrant fresh blonde tone with a few icy pops through out. Very pleasant and fun atmosphere. They worked quickly, but at the same time took their time to make the proper choices for my hair along the way. I love it!!! Totally not happy with the way my hair turned out. The color is horrible and not what I was wanting. I normally have my hair colored blond but how it turned out is reddish and was processed too long that my hair has been fried. Now I am having to use special treatment and live with this color that I don't like until my hair is healthy again. I look in the mirror every day and cry that the color is not what I normally have done and my hair was chopped off. It takes a long time for me to grow my hair out. Very Unhappy with this messy hair that I have to take at least 6-12 months to get it healthy and start growing it back out again.
