I had my fingerprints taken here a few days ago and had a hard time finding this place when I was driving, I had to call them to get directions. This place is inside a place with computers. You won't see "Identogo" when driving, but only when you approach and pass the front parking space.The young woman who takes the fingerprints is really friendly and efficient.You must make an appointment, not walk-in allowed.

You must have an appointment. Even though they were free to take me and process my fingerprints they wouldn't take me because I didn't have an appointment. It's a very quick process!

As soon as I walked in the identigo lady and the computer lady told me I needed a “mask” or I couldn’t be in there. The Brazos computer lady was Very, very rude btw. I had to buy a mask at the flower shop. Then while I was gettin fingerprints, she asked me to take the mask OFF so my photo could be taken.. im like REALLY?!?!?! Then what’s the point of barking at customers to have a mask on in the first place!!!! And they say they do this for “customer safety” .. they should worry more about their eating habits rather than worry about my safety, I’m good. Again, the brazos computer lady was very rude.

Horribly rude large old lady in the front.Did not greet me.She was only interested in yelling out that I needed a mask(Which I don't).She was not interested in helping me at all.
