The local environment is great (shops/food) but getting around CStat in a car from this location can be a bit of work. Not to dis The George (where I have also stayed) but I prefer Cavalry Court!Walkability: Lots of shops including an awesome Creperie!”

“The hotel was conveniently located near A&M, restaurants, and the highway.There is parking garage and you’ll need to provide your license plate upon checking in.I didn’t participate in the evening social or breakfast, so I only comment on the room overall, which was nice. There was some traffic noise, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve experienced.Overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness and location. When traveling, I’d be happy to stay here again.”

“We booked this hotel to spend the night after visiting Santa's Wonderland. It is a smaller hotel but checked off a lot of things:
- only a few mins drive to Santa's Wonderland. There are a few restautant just walking distance from the hotel.
- the lady at front desk was very nice. She even called to check how was our room and if we need anything
- the room was clean - it has coffee machine, small fridge and a microwaive; the toiletries though (lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner) were in a tiny bottles . You may request or better yet bring your own.
- breakfast area was clean and food was constantly being refilled. During our visit, they had potatoes, scrambled egg, bacon, loaf, make-your-own waffles, a few pastries and fruits (bananas and apples). Their coffee was really good! Kudos to the lady that was assigned there, she made sure that the area was clean, she constantly wiped off the mess on the counter and refilled food. Very attentive!”

“Great location, stores, and restaurants right across the street. The college is 5 minutes away. Hear price for a 2 bed suite worth separate living room. Full kitchen (minus the oven). Dishes, pots, pans, and silverware provided.

“We were in town for a soccer tourn and our team was staying at this location. We were 2 minutes from the fields which was nice but also there were plenty of options near by for lunch/dinner. My only complaint is that I wish there was more of an option for breakfast at the hotel. But it’s really not a complaint. The hotel was nice and clean. The customer service was great. And we enjoyed our stay.”

“Love the location it's accessible to so much. The staff are very friendly and love dogs. Rooms are spacious for the price, clean and the courtyard is amazing! It's an older little hotel, quiet and a happy place. My only negative would be the dirt and some trash in the bottom of the pool which I assume is from the leaf blowers they use when landscaping around the area. I would highly suggest a stay at this little gem ?”

“I was kind of skeptical about this hotel because it’s right next to another hotel that looks like remodeled motel but the area is nice and well lit.Felt safe and the price was great. I checked in and the lady at the front desk was very nice and very professional . The room was great . Very modern. The bed was very comfortable . It comes with the usual amenities. The breakfast was really good the coffee comes from a machine but it is really GOOD!!! I am picky with coffee and I was pleasantly surprised . They had croissant egg and sausage breakfast sandwiches, kolaches, yogurt, fruit , pastries , juice machine, the waffle maker .I will stay here again.”

“you get what you paid for! I was expecting it to be crappy or messy. But for cheap price this is very clean and very good for solo travel. The room is a bit small but you have enough space to put away stuff. Also staff is extremely friendly I had no problems with this place also felt safe and remote while next to the main road. I recommend this place! :)”

“This was already our favorite place to stay while visiting our A&M Aggie. There are still some signs of an older hotel, but overall, we're loving the renovations! The blackout curtains were so effective and the beds so comfortable that we slept in until after eight and thought it was in the middle of the night.”

“So we arrived here late afternoon on the day after the Texas A&M graduation and they were pretty busy. No reservation but they were able to accommodate 2 adults, our granddaughter and our dog. They were super nice and happy to have the dog there. There is a great shopping and eating area about a block from the hotel (across the street from the university) that’s awesome. Great eating choices and lots of great people first time in College Station but this is our place next time we are there.”
“Needed a room for 2 nights last minute due to a cancellation by another hotel. Arrived, check in was easy. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The AC worked great ! Bathroom was clean, had a lot of channels to watch on the tv. We did not use the pool so cannot review that. Yes the outside could use some TLC ,but we needed a place and I was pleased with our stay. Check out was easy and front desk was very friendly. We were happy with the room and would definitely stay again.”

“Our wedding was a dream come true. I was nervous and emotional throughout the entire process, especially with an all inclusive venue, but there wasn't a single time that the 7F team left me alone to worry, I even got teary eyed during a meeting and Ginger gave me a tissue, allowing me a safe place to cry. I will never forget that act of kindness.
You can tell this team is experienced in all things wedding and hosting, and that they treat every wedding and client personally. Again, I wasn't sure how to give full reign to a team, but they honored their word every step of the way, even when we had concerns with some day of execution from a vendor. That is extremely important when reviewing a venue because you want to rest assured that they will advocate for their clients which 7F definitely did for us.
They offered assurance, resources, and constant contact during planning, and EXCEEDED expectations when it came to execution. Their communication loop is user friendly and provides a perfect place for document storage. They have a friendly timeline and make sure to reach out to keep planning on track.
The venue is stunning, with plenty to look at, the chapel and pavilion provided such a thoughtful and intimate atmosphere even though our wedding was large. The lodging was FANTASTIC with 8 beautifully unique rooms filled with tasty snacks which made our wedding even that more memorable. I hired a personal wedding planner that their team worked amazing with, and they truly gave me autonomy to provide my vision. Everything we wanted in a wedding they were able to provide, confetti cannons, marquee letters, catering, full service bar, AND MORE!
I could go on and on, but trust this review, if you are stuck between venues or aren't sure if an all inclusive is for you, choose 7F. 7F is amazing and you will not regret it!”
