We purchased a washer/dryer combo from home depo + scheduled install. The gentlemen that showed up installed the dryer but said the washer was unable to be installed because of some issue with the piping - but said that home depot would schedule (and cover the cost of) a plumber, who would reach out to schedule. Several days went by, no call from plumber. I finally call and wait 30 minutes through several employees to find out that no plumber would be provided by home depot because of the type of work that needed to be done. Had I not called and pressed the issue, we would still be waiting today. So, we had to hire our own plumber and cover the cost ourselves. Further, that plumber told us that the installation folks could have easily remedied our problem but chose not to. If you need an appliance delivered and installed look elsewhere!

We only wanted to purchase a freezer. Pay cash and go. Stood inline to be shown a freezer. Except none available. Finally were waited on. Purchased a freezer without seeing it. The website said “In Stock” on several. That’s why we went. So Bait and Switch! Went ahead and ordered one. $1000. Then told they only take checks at the front check out. The workers aren't nothing like Lowe's worker, helpful. The elderly man seen me looking doubtful and he walked up to me, "ma'am, can I help you and he told me exactly where it was!" These youngsters ain't about jack these days, they don't care, get ppl who have bills to pay...

Spoke over the phone with a manager regarding items purchased but left in the the cart. Was hoping to get refunded but I understood that may not be possible. However, the guy I spoke with was extremely rude and sounded very annoyed that I would even call to talk about the situation. There's no reason to any the way he did. Be better.

Worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I've been here three times to buy paint and each time their employees were horribly inconsiderate, rude, had no manners,etc. You guys should re-evaluate who you have assisting customers because they actually suck. Do better. Also they should consider a job not in customer service since they seem to lack respect and eat behind the desk ignoring customers.

I waited all morning expecting an appliance that was scheduled to be delivered today. After doing some research, it appears it's been delayed for another week. How hard would it have been for Home Depot to communicate that information? I have no idea when they're going to deliver it. I would NOT recommend buying anything there that isn't in stock and ready to go.

Been here over an hour trying to get a lumber order filled. Employees standing around wanting to check us out. Well it's impossible to check out when you can't get what you came for. Now I remember why I go to Lowe's.

I've had supremely terrible service here in the past, but needed some lumber, so decided to come to this location instead of going a little farther to Lowe's. HUGE mistake. We had our cart filled with lumber, got to the front and FOUR workers stared at us for a good thirty seconds before one finally said "do you need help or something?" Nearly left the lumber there, but it would have just been more work for us. My advice is to avoid this place like the plague. I did not think the service could get worse, but, alas, it did.

Asked which plants were ad $1.48, was told the hanging baskets. Chose three and upon check out, (with same girl) they each rang up $8+. Was finally told it was vendors fault for not changing a price on the Home Depot sign, and price down was taken down.

I give them props on these things: 1) their house brand Husky tools are serious and the one time I broke one, they swapped it in store for me. 2) they give a 10% military discounts, and I appreciate this level of respect and appreciation. 3) Jim in their tool rental has the best attitude and customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. It would be helpful if the store manager was willing to actually speak to you when you had a real issue instead of the lead of the dept telling you its not their problem and to pound sand because you purchased in another town prior to your move to this one. Nothing like not caring unless its money coming into your pockets. The appliance warranty is useless too. They have a service company that takes MONTHS to do anything right and sends out "technicians" that don't know anything.
