They sold us a defective water heater. The one they replaced it with was also defective. And when we wanted to have a different model, which they don't carry, delivered to the store, they wouldn't do it unless I bought it online myself. The problem with that is that they give store credit when you return defective water heaters and you can't use store credit on their website. So I had to drive to Huntsville myself to pick up the new water heater. The store manager Todd was also unapologetic and made me feel like they didn't value my business there. Sufficed to say, I won't ever be back.

12.28.24 The customer service at this Home Depot was INCREDIBLE! I walked in and there was 4 employees waiting to see if I needed help. Has I shopped 2 more employees asked if I needed help finding something. Kudos to the management team here! Now go teach other location how to do this!

My lawn mower's self-propelling system broke. I bought the mower about a year ago from Home Depot but could not find my receipt. I called the manufacturer to find out how to get it repaired. They said I would have to send it to a repair facility 80 miles from where I live. That was not practical. I called repair shops in the area and all told me they could not repair the Ryobi mower. Finally, out of ideas and only a promise from a neighbor they would ask a family member who knows mowers if he could repair it, I went to the local Home Depot. I spoke to Amanda, the manager, and explained I was not worried about a warranty, I just wanted to know if she knew someone who could repair the mower. She said, "I'm not sure who can repair it, but our job is not to give you the runaround. Bring the mower in and I will replace it." I did and she did. I could not believe I could receive such outstanding service. I will always be a customer for this store.

Nothing but self checkout. I'm paying them money for their product and they expect me to check myself out. And their employees are very rude, agressively rude. I will not be going back. My business will go to Lowes and Ace Hardware. If I could give a minus 10, I would do so.

We are doing a bathroom remodel and ordered a surround for our bathtub. First time we got it from them, we realized it had a crack in it. We brought it back, waited about 2 weeks for another one to arrive to the store, went to pick it up, and... this one was also cracked. Now our bathroom has been gutted and unusable for several weeks, and it will probably take several more weeks to get another surround (and when we do, it will probably still be cracked). It doesn't seem like this Home Depot is very good at inspecting their parts or getting them to the store for pickup in a timely manner.

I'll never spend another penny on this business. Apparently it's okay to spend, $100k on homes I remodel, but don't try to return $800.00 in flooring for store credit.Then, ask if there's anyway to assist in contacting the manufacturer of the product, where you get told they only know how they can, but they can't assist you on that...Absolutely Bad Business...

Although they didn't have a dishwasher within our range and their installation fee was slightly higher than Lowes, the clerk was very friendly and helpful trying to find something we could accept. Even after we told him we would have to think about our options, he was still very nice.

Such nice front end cashiers. One helped me upload quickly to register for my VA discount. Another helped me with lighting. Another answered questions about closet hanging solutions since ours broke. Another stopped just to ask if I needed assistance with anything. Such helpful young people. Made my visit a pleasure and very memorable.
