I saw on indeed that they were hiring,I applied for a cashier position,the next day I went up there seeing if they had checked my application,I was told that my name was on a list for them to call ON MONDAY, I never got a call, I went up there every other day to speak to the hiring manager, I had left my name and number multiple times, one of the times I got there,I was told again I was gonna be getting a call on Saturday, it’s now Tuesday never got a call, so are y’all hiring or not ?

Great goodwill although a little smaller than others, but one of the employees was so rude to us and accused us of leaving a bunch of clothes in the dressing room even though I was standing outside of the dressing room putting all of my friends tried on clothes on hangers and on the return rack or in our cart the entire time. They were there when we got in.. then we heard her complaining about US to another customer..

The smaller of the two goodwills in cstat, kinda grungy but has a decent selection, the staff is always very kind, no public bathroom but if you ask the staff nicely they will let you use the employee bathroom in the back, two of the fitting rooms locks don’t work but at least they still let you use them and don’t just block them off and they also label them that the lock doesn’t work so at least you know, not that great of a selection of shoes anymore but they used to have a really good selection of shoes (back in 2022 to early 2023), they also have a really good selection of backpacks, and also if you care, they also have a rather large selection of stuffed animals.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Store says it opens at 9am. Walk in as the doors were unlocked and it’s past 9am. Four store associates were standing idly and when we walked in they rudely told us to get out. We asked why? And we were informed they couldn’t open yet until a manager approved it. But the doors were unlocked. Open sign on. When we voiced this one of the women rolled her eyes and just pointed at the door for us to leave. Goodwill used to be just that, goodwill from their associates to their customers. Now everything is over priced and their workers are always rude. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere as this store and its workers do not deserve to stay open.

Understand there, he is very friendly and helpful but the merchandise is very expensive because some of it is old and dirty, I think the prices have gone up a lot.

I will never go back here!! It was so hot inside the store I almost passed out so I couldn't really look around. They are overpriced on some stuff. When I did get back to the front the manager was very rude but I went ahead and purchased the 2 items I had and I told the cashier this was my first time being in there and would be the last especially when she was the one that told me the rude woman that was standing up there was the manager

Been going to this goodwill since I was five years old. Today I tried to use the restrooms and an old bald man came up to me and said I wasn’t allowed to be in there “ company policy “. He then preceded to follow me out of the building as if I was stealing. I know this not to be true because I was pointed in the direction of the bathroom by another employee. Disappointing that one employee can ruin a store that you’ve been going to since your childhood.

The staff here are great and so nice! But the prices here are insane. Why is a dirty white hanes t shirt $6.99 when they got it for free. You can buy a pack of these for like $9 anywhere. Clothes are all overpriced and its crazy.

The staff is very nice, but the prices have gone up every year for the past four years. Why? Everything is donated to you anyway!You receive items for free, and you continually increase the cost to the customer for no legitimate reason. Someone help me do the math.

Mid goodwill. Finding a good deal is like finding a needle in a haystack. Also, I don’t particularly care for the employees that work here. 50/50 if they’re rude or not.
