“Better than Lowes. They were prepared for the heavy traffic on memorial day weekend by having an adequate amount of employees to help customers. At Lowes, anytime I need help loading something in the car, I can't even find an employee & the normal people who walk by don't help. Home Depot is where the good humans go shop, so I didn't even need to ask an employee for help. Women like Lowes maybe because there's more options for house & yard decor but if you need something actually useful like tools Home Depot is the spot. I'd encourage women to use the tool rental availability at Home Depot to their advantage. Your husband doesn't actually HAVE to buy a table saw that he'll only use once. He can rent one. They also have a strangely large selection of fans & AC's at Home Depot. We're in Texas so it seems thoughtful. Thanks Home Depot. The place where good humans work & good humans shop.”
“4.20.23 I came to this Home Depot because I needed 6 wood corbels. I thought they had the ones I was looking for. They were out of them BUT, they had some that were even better! You know how you come into HD and have to look around everywhere for someone to help you....WELL, this location was the exact opposite. Three, yes 3 HD employees helped me!! Thank you Hone Depot! I will be back!”
“8.3.23Came in to return to items we did not need. Of course the customer service are had a line. No biggie. Use to it. The associate helping me at CS was really nice and did my return quickly and away I went. I headed to appliances now. I need to buy a new dryer. My dryer is 1-2 yrs old and works fine BUT, it's gas and our new house does not have gas(unfortunately)So here I go looking for the electric dryer to match my washer. BONUS I found it and it was on SALE! Even better. $370 cheaper than I was expecting. Time to do my happy dance. The associate named Brandy who helped me in appliances was a rockstar! She knew exactly what I needed, gave me delivery info. and was just really helpful. Way to go Brandy. You and Laura at the appliance dept. in Cypress, TX are ROCKSTARS! I ordered my new dryer and it will be delivered this weekend. I will definitely visit this location again.”
