Whitney has now posted my negative review on her personal page and is asking for people to harass me and my wife, simply for leaving a negative review. Due to her doing this, we feel threatened and are taking this seriously. We have contacted College Station Police as well as Facebook asking for her account to be banned. My wife is terrified due to Whitney's outrageous actions.
All of this over a simple bad review? I can't believe she's acting this way and putting my family in danger because she can't handle a negative review. We asked Whitney multiple times for her to take this down, as it endangers our family, but she refuses to.
Thankfully people have seen how unhinged she's being online and how she's admitted to this unprofessional and abhorrent behavior in the past.
Long story short, when a business owner is so unhinged that they go around asking others to brigade and harass them, that tells you everything that you need to know. The inexpensive cuts are simply not worth the boomer attitude and lack of accountability.

I have been a loyal customer of Whitney's for 10 years, consistently scheduling appointments. Despite this, I have experienced excessive wait times, numerous cancellations, and on three out of my last five visits, I had to leave without receiving a haircut due to the unreasonable delays. Keep in mind, I made appointments and weren't told that they were canceled often times 45 minutes after I had been waiting.
Whitney is aware of the significant issue with wait times, yet her response is merely to post an inconsiderate sign stating, "I can't control anything, if you can't wait, too bad, come back later." Notice how nearly every negative review (and there's a lot of them) are everyone else's fault? Yeah, so does everyone else. At her age, she should be able to take responsibility, but unfortunately, she has a pattern of refusing to do so.
I can no longer recommend this salon, as it has significantly deteriorated over the past decade. Although I dislike changing my routine, this situation has reached an intolerable level. Thankfully I've found a place that much better meets my needs.
When it comes to haircuts, I suggest going somewhere quality.
After getting the chance to experience a few new places -- the other salons are fine restaurants, while Whitney's is more akin to Arby's. It's cheap, but you're going to leave feeling gross afterwards.

I had a wonderful experience at Whitney's and Casedra was extremely helpful and got my hair looking exactly how I wanted to look! I would highly recommend her services to anyone! 5 stars!!

I recently found out about this place and it couldn’t have been at a better time. My lovely and incredibly talented stylist Cassy made this one of the best experiences! I have been hesitant on getting a haircut due to bad past experiences, but Cassy took her time and made sure my cut was to my satisfaction! I have really thick and a lot of hair but she slayedddd my layers and got me looking and feeling beautiful once again. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a new stylist, she is very talented, has a lot of experience and knows exactly what she’s doing! Thank you Cassy! I can’t wait to see you and come to Whitney’s again♥️

Paula was amazing! She was super sweet and very thorough. At a lot of salons I feel like they are just trying to get me in and out but with her I felt she really took her time to make sure everything looked even. The pricing at Whitney's is also a lot better than at other places. Highly recommend going here and also Paula ❤️

i went in for a haircut and was going in thinking i was only going to get about 4-5 inches off my hair. i wanted a decent amount off but not too much. i showed the stylist 2 pictures and we both decided to go with the longer one of the two. when i left she cut 6-7 inches off my hair, it was way shorter than that pictures and one side it shorter than the other. i left crying. my hair was long enough to touch my lower back and it is now about 3 inches below my collar bones. i asked for face framing and she just did a blunt cut of my front pieces, again they are super uneven and don’t match in length at all. my left side in the front is about 1/2 inch - 1 inch longer than my right. this has now happened to me twice , leaving this salon with either super uneven cuts or super unsatisfied. if you need a cut and you don’t want to pay over 40$ this is the place , but if you want accuracy i would go somewhere else and pay more.

I just had a great haircut at Whitney’s. Caseadra took care of my haircut promptly and got done exactly how I wanted. I’ve been coming here for years and always have a great experience. Thank you to everyone there!

Stylist was okay. But a little rough drying my hair. Used Curly iron to curl my hair. But my hair fell as soon as I stepped out into the wind.

I was a walk in and I got my hair cut within 10 minutes of being there. It was very affordable and my hair feels much healthier now.

I am happy that I've found a place I could completely trust with my haircuts. I have had bad experiences with haircuts before and was super anxious about finding a salon that could handle my hair when I moved to College Station. I booked with Celine and she did a fantastic job. I was wondering what my hair would look like once I washed and air dried it two days after the initial cut and styling. My hair looks great now even without heat styling. I am not going anywhere else for my hair concerns from now on.

I got hair cut by Carrie, I went back later that day after I realized pieces were choppy and uneven. She was more than happy to get me back in her chair for the correction, however when we weren’t getting anywhere with the cut I asked for a second opinion due to her just cutting random parts of the front of my hair and not understanding what I was trying to say. She kept cutting my hair and not speaking, then proceeded to say “FUNNY HOW YOU SWITCHED UP,” like it’s my fault she cut my hair poorly or not understanding what I was trying to say. Only giving 2 stars because the salon owner BLENDED the front part of my hair (which is what I asked carrie to do when I came back) after Carrie said “Good luck trying to find someone to help.” The layers in the front are way shorter than I asked for. I am disgusted by this stylists behavior and attitude, but thankful to Whitney for fixing her mistake.

I always read reviews before going to new places, so I want to add my input after reading the reviews before booking. Haircuts at Whitney's is an exceptional place with kind stylists who are very experienced with hair. I booked an appointment with Celene the morning of and am so, so grateful that I did so. I originally had light orange hair from dye, and I was hesitant to go to a salon to fix it because of the price. Not only was she so kind, patient, and understanding, but she went above and beyond to color my hair and made sure I was satisfied with the result while providing me with a reasonable price that fit my budget and was worth her time. She is friendly with her customers and so fast at her job, as a full head of highlights only took her a little over an hour with me! If you need coloring done I 100% recommend booking with Celene. I know it's common to be hesitant when checking out a new salon if you're already used to one, but Haircuts at Whitney's is the best place in College Station for hair. I will be back here for cuts and colors in the future. Thank you so much, Celene!

Caseadra did a great job cutting my hair, very quick too
