“After two rounds of P.T. following a knee injury over a year ago, I had trouble making myself do the maintenance exercises for my knee at home...no matter what recovery routines and home equipment I had available. I couldn't take long walks anymore. I was getting weaker overall. I knew other adults who had exercise routines and seemed to be staying fit, losing weight, and maintaining stamina. But for me, personally, the only way I was going to achieve these goals was with outside help. And I found exactly what I needed and then some...at BCS Fitness (Bryan, TX)!The results of the body composition analysis I was given at my first visit to BCS Fitness further convinced me of the serious need to do something. It was so nice to be able to explain my health history and concerns to someone who was able to plan a way for restoring my strength overall beginning right where I was. I always feel like I can be honest with them, and they always answer with something that works! I could go on; but I enjoy being there, doing the work, and seeing the changes in my strength and stamina take place. This place is awesome! Welcoming, clean, great music, great atmosphere..... I haven't felt this comfortable in a gym since the 80's!! Ooops, showing my age now. If I lived in the area we would become members in a heartbeat!

“A long day of driving in traffic down from Waco and I was ready for a bit of a workout followed by a shower. An easy time in the Thirty Minute Circuit with arms and legs and core. Good cardio!
Over to the showers which were in good condition with a large space for changing in private. Good hot water pressure at 8:00 pm!

“This is one of my fav Golds gym. It has an old gym vibe with people that are serious about fitness but it’s also welcoming and warm. Bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly. It’s not a big gym but it has the basics for a great workout. The ladies also have a -ladies only area- which I love. The ggx room is nice and cold. Parking lot is good for the size of the gym and never had an issue finding a spot.”
