i had an awful experience here. i was so excited to have ordered the cutest phone grip. received it on time & put it on straight away. a week later, it broke. i reached out to possibly exchange & was responded to days later and told that they would look for replacement parts. weeks later, i hadn't received a reply so i reached out again. i was told it was too late to exchange and i couldn't exchange anyway because i had attempted to fix the phone grip. very upsetting that i paid $30 for something that broke in a week & that instead of valuing quality and good customer service, the store owner seems only to value the $30 she got from me. very disappointed.
EDIT * the owner has reached out to argue with me several times. i have stopped responding and told her this is unprofessional but she continues to blow up my email to bash me. how upsetting and immature.

I've been in a couple of times, and every time I get treated, so kindly. Korey and Hailey are so helpful and super sweet . I was hesitant to come because of some negative reviews, but honestly I don't see it. I've always been treated respectfully, and everyone is so helpful.

I went in today and everyone was very nice. Savannah helped me with my items and got my dressing room ready. This was my first time going and I’ll definitely go back. They had so many different items to choose from and different styles as well. I recommend this place!!

The girls who work here are not girl’s girls. Like as soon as you walk in they look you up and down like you’re bothering them. It’s immediately so uncomfortable! They’re super unfriendly and rude. They all exude, “I think I’m better than you” kind of energy. Body language is just as important as words. Very unwelcoming. I came in a week or so ago and I have literally no intention of coming back. Like can you at least interact with me and at least pretend that you’re happy someone is trying to shop at your store? Such a bizarre concept that someone would be unwelcoming to people trying to give them business. Plus everything is super overpriced and cheap feeling. Avoid this place at all costs!

I don’t shop much but when I do, GUG was always my top shop. In the past, despite others experiences, I have always had a great experience shopping there and always had the best girls working to help make the outfits perfect. This last weekend I went shopping with my daughter, worst experience ever. Waited too long for a dressing room while two girls helped one customer at the register, walked around and was asked once what we were looking for and when I said outfits for this weeks rodeo she said cool and walked off. Looked at jewelry and the girl never even acknowledged us but talked to another college age girl coming in. We planned to purchase some jewelry and find some shirts but left due to customer service. I’m still in shock, now I know what everyone has talked about.

Ordered a Consuela handbag. It came packaged nicely and arrived within three days of oredering. Great experience will order again. I love the handbag and it was on sale too.

Took over 2 weeks to receive an online order. I drove to the store purchased the item but paid double the price. They give no refunds just exchanges. I can find better customer service.

I purchased a gift from gug. After getting home and showing my daughter I noticed a flaw. I returned it to the store, not even 2 hours later and asked for a refund. They refused to refund my money! I will NEVER shop there again and will tell my friends about their so called policy!!!
