This is a small store in Brenham.But the people are very friendly there and knowledgeable.And they're the only ones in town that had the PS5 game system with accessories, after Thanksgiving. I also got a hello Kitty "My Hero Academia" giant-size mug!

I find it pretty awesome that the local competition won't be shut out, if they don't have it in stock they offer delivery in a few days or as far as to reach out to local shops. Zack was quite the help.

Drove from Bryan tx to college station to get a charger for a handheld system. Online it said available in-store when I arrived I showed the employee the website and he said I don’t know where that is it’s not gonna be on wall, and there was nobody else in store he did not ask if I needed help looking for it, he didn’t leave the counter at that, he just stood there and told me he doesn’t know where it is. Not even look on the computer for it. I was disappointed at this employee. This was today 08/27/23.

I bought a pre owned ps4 and they put the wrong cable for the controller in the box. I went back to them the next day with my receipt that i bought with it 2 years warranty , I told them they put the wrong cable for the controller , can you please switch the cable with the right one . The rude lady said I can’t and you have to buy a new cable for $9 . I said I already payed for the system with the cable . She said I can’t help you . Very very bad customer service and the lady that work over there is very rude.

Very poor service. Staff was short and not knowledgeable at all. And since when do they not put games on display how are you supposed to shop for a bunch of games in a drawer can’t even see any option. Over all bad experience

Counter person got snippy when I didn't have the shoes I was returning in a plastic bag. The shipping instructions clearly stated that all I had to do was bring the shoes; no label, no box. Ironically she had a bag that had a specific label (from a stack with the same) that she used for previous customer and used individually for each pair of shoes I was returning.If they get frustrated doing this service, which I find quite weird using a Game Stop for drop off we turn shipping in the first place, then they should stop offering it.I dont like snippy, especially when she was not like that with the 2 previous customers which eliminated the excuse of just having a bad day. Had I done anything or acted in any way to deserve her attitude, I wouldn't be rating this action. I am not a perfect person but I do take responsibility when I am at fault.I did nothing to earn this ugly spirited attitude and will not be back to this Game Stop. As a side note, it happens to be the very 1st time I have ever been in one. Now I know why.

The store attendant was extra special with my nephew. He could see his excitement about getting a new game. He playfully bantered back and forth with this young boy and made it an experience he won't forget. Purchased game and he explained what to do if we ever have a problem with it. Thank you.
