I have gotten so many things I had to have even though I had no place to put it. I've given so many things as gifts and everyone loves it no matter what it is. Cheyenne, Veronica and their family are wonderful. They are the nicest, sweetest family you'll ever meet. I love that they are Christians and it shows. They treat my daughter and I like we're part of the family every time we walk in. I can say with no doubt, Dirt Road Rustics is my favorite store. If you haven't ever gone in the store, you have no clue what you're missing out on.”

I received a call from a manager, Mike, that really put my mind at ease about our whole situation. Accidents happen but they were willing to make it right, and I'm so grateful for the way that they are handling it.”
“So, this review has been updated due to the excellent service we received from the owner, after an issue with our sofa and one of their employees.We have shopped at FSI for years and have always loved the quality of their work. There was a part that broke on our sofa after only owning it for 6 months. There was an employee who was assisting us and was not very accommodating. However, the owner found out about the issue, called us directly and handled it.With the owner getting involved, we got our part from Italy within a week and the sofa is working great. We are thrilled with the outcome and will continue to support local businesses like this one.I have since removed the previous review as it was a bit harsh and not reflective of our experience once the owner got involved. He clearly cares and very upset at the entire situation for us and went above and beyond to make things right. To me, that's what matters. 5- stars in handling this situation, we will continue to be customers of Furniture Source.”

“When I first walked into Ashley, I was walking around and looking for a new mattress. Just browsing with no intent to purchase anything. I’ve been having back trouble for over four years now and my mattresses haven’t been very helpful in that situation. When EJ came up to me and helped me today, we settled on literally the best mattress I could’ve possibly bought. He heard my concerns and validated them and it is very budget friendly as well. I ended up walking out of there with my dream mattress and it’s only a matter of time before I’m getting better sleep! Definitely recommend if you’re shopping for mattresses talk to their sleep specialist EJ.”

“Nikki made our experience at Mattress Firm a great one. We showed up at the store 30 mins before closing, which we felt bad for, even though we knew we were buying a mattress. Nikki gave us an exceptional service. Answered our questions, showed us their inventory and kept conversation throughout the time. She didn’t care it was gonna be past closing time. She made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Definitely recommend that if you go to Mattress Firm ask for Nikki.”
