I was able to connect with Trent as my wife and I were ramping up our plans to purchase a home. From the very start, Trent listened to our needs and expectations, and was upfront and honest with us about the process, what we would need to complete and what to expect from each step. I initially started working with someone else to secure financing to purchase our new home, but soon realized it was in my best interest to go with Trent Pride. Trent and his team was a pleasure to work with. In my experience buying a home comes with a unique set of stressors and curveballs. Despite my families ability to hit most curveballs thrown our way, this purchase tested us even more than we could have imagined. That is why I am so glad I decided to work with Trent. From start to finish, despite the ups and downs, I had confidence in his team's ability to get us through to the finish line.
As a realtor I have seen how badly things can go between signing a contract and your expected close date. What made our experience great was the care and direction Trent provided to us throughout this process. I never worried if something was going to get done that he said he would do. He did what he promised. I was not concerned that something would slip between the cracks. They looked after the big and small details. All of these things and more is the reason we had a great experience working with Trent Pride and his team. I will be sure to encourage my networks to reach out when they need a dependable mortgage lender to get them from "I found my dream home" to "its closing day".

Trent, Kelly, Pam, The Lazzo's, can't thank them all enough. The best home-buying experience my wife and I have ever had! I had 1st touched base with Mr Pride over a year ago when we were moving to the area. We got to know the area while getting in a better financial situation to buy our house in Snook. We are so glad we got to work with Mr Pride and the team. I wanted to personally meet and thank Mr Pride for helping us through the process. So glad we were able to, very professional with a personal feeling that ensured my wife and I were comfortable throughout the process. Thank y'all so much for helping make our dream of home ownership happen!

I worked with Melanie Motley and First Financial Bank to buy my first home recently. It was a great experience. My husband and I have switched between several banks over the last several months, trying to find a bank that met our needs and felt like a good place to be. The biggest issue we found is that most banks tended to treat us like just another account. We switched to First Financial last week and have had the pleasure of working with Natalie Kidd and Nick. First thing I will say is that the customer service (in the branch and over the phone with customer service) is top notch. Everyone working there was very pleasant and had a smile on when they spoke with me. Each person I spoke with made me feel important and that they appreciated my business and not like just another account number. I'm happy to say that I think we will be banking here and building a relationship with First Financial for a very long time. Thank you First Financial for exceptional customer service.

Melissa and First Financial are top notch! They have an app where you can upload all of your documents and track your progress of your loan. I was able to do everything online. Melissa was kind and thorough! I will use her and her company again for my future lending needs!
