Saw the previous reviews and was concerned. I ship from FedEx all over the country. Not sure if there is new management or the negative employees were let go but had a normal experience. Ethan was knowledgeable and thorough and helped us get our stuff out quickly.

Leaving the FedEx premises, I felt compelled to share my recent encounter with Asia immediately.Upon my arrival at approximately 5:45 p.m., just ahead of their 7:00 p.m. closing time, I was disappointed by Asia's lack of friendliness. It's reasonable to expect a certain level of enthusiasm from someone in a customer service role, especially considering the notably cheerful atmosphere at the FedEx location in Katy that is AMAZING. To add to the disappointment, Asia was quite rude, bland and refused to assist in putting on the label at my request. If you're in the area, I would recommend exploring other FedEx locations in town for a more positive experience.

When into ship a an item and the person behind the counter, could not be bothered to try to help me figure out boxes, or anything just was pointing it was extremely rude to the point where I just walked outI have to go to multiple FedEx is for my job do use their services and I’ve never been treated like that before

Worst experience ever!! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!! The reviews you read are TRUE!! The lady with braids is HORRIBLE! Lost my service and I will tell EVERYONE not to use them!!! I will be contacting corporate and the company I am returning a package from!

Wow what an absolutely miserable encounter with an older woman that worked there. She actually seemed to be putting effort towards making our encounter difficult. I'd rather go have 2 wisdom teeth pulled and a Brazilian bikini wax ? than deal with her again, Torture.I had to use a client's fedex account so I was a captive user but otherwise I would have walked out to take my business anywhere but there. Pure misery.After reviewing others reviews yes it was Marilyn that we all describe as soul crushing and miserable to us the customers and apparently NO ONE Cares!Shame on the Manager for allowing this Low level of Service.

Marilyn was extremely rude. While I was walking out of the store, I noticed a mistake in the printing of my document. I then kindly asked Marilyn to look it over and she threw her arms up and said, "We printed what you had." and walked away when I was trying to talk to her. As it turns out, they did not run their own program right and messed up my order. The younger employee that was there was very kind and if it wasn't for her, I probably would not have received the correct document. I am never coming to this FedEx for my printing needs ever again.

I have been to this FedEx quite a bit in the last few months. I am from out of town but work has been bringing us to college station lately. I love how very helpful the staff is. We even had a situation where we needed things done in rushed order and they were super great at getting things done! Hope people appreciate that kind of service. Too bad lots of people have horrible experiences.

Generally, I have a good experience with everyone here, except when Marilyn is working the front desk. Every time I walk in and I see that I am going to be getting “service” from her, I die a little bit inside. I have to ship and pick up packages quite a lot at this location for work, I have tried to be polite and even nice, but she is so incredibly rude nomatter what. She barks orders at customers and is always in a bad mood. Multiple times she has tried to dig through my package to see what it is. Most recently, I had a couple of packages to pick up here and she was obviously disgruntled that they were larger packages. She put them on a cart and left them at the back of the counter, and just said here you go. I don’t know why the manager lets her act like this, because I’m pretty sure I’ve seen him there at the same time that she is acting like this, but something seriously needs to be done about this poor level of customer service!

Pick somewhere else to hold a package, ship a package, or anything. I had a package delivered to be held here while I was on a business trip. Never received an email or text that it was delivered. I am signed up for FedEx tracking. They sent the item back to the shipper. Bryan/College station FedEx services are some of the worst. Honestly go UPS. Otherwise you package will get sent back, stolen, or lost. Never encountered FedEx this bad before.

I dropped off an item to he returned to business with a prepaid label. The store quickly logged in and gave me the receipt and label about the return of the item.

The older lady who works in there is one of the most rudest people I have ever come in contact with. There is no reason in someone being so rude, if I were the manager there, she would no longer have a job.
