Wallace Garner literally SAVED us and got us a microwave and trim kit after seven months of futile, frustrating efforts dealing with two other companies! I have been without a microwave so long I had given up on finding one that fit. The other companies I dealt with even suggested that I get a custom cabinet maker and adjust my cabinets! Wallace has truly performed a miracle for me! Thank you so much. It is nice to meet someone who cares and knows what they’re doing! I’m literally grinning from ear to ear! ?

Went into the store a week ago to price appliances for our kitchen remodel. Spoke to Wallace, who took down my email address and notes, assuring me that he would send detail pricing and specs for our new appliances. Waited 3 days, and never heard from Wallace. I called Wallace on Friday, and he apologized saying that he had lost my information and would get the quote out to me that day. This is Tuesday and I've never heard a word from Wallace. This is terrible customer service and terrible communication. Apparently they do not care about small orders, since we were only pricing three "consumer brand" appliances. We will purchase elsewhere.EDIT 10-14-23: In response to owner, Wallace already has my personal information, and based on this review it should be easy to contact me. However, it's now been 8 days since I was promised an appliance quote "that day". I think your response to this review is aimed more toward other readers than it is to me. My review is accurate and factual in every detail and we have purchased elsewhere.
