“I'm not a tech savvy guy at all. It is a foreign language to me. I needed a new laptop for work as mine was way outdated. Scoped a few laptops out at this location for like 2 weeks popping in and looking over deals and talking with employees. The first was Scott, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to give me a base understanding of almost every type of laptop. I got to ask all my questions and he took the time to explain things to me. I bothered this guy for like 30min. After his suggestions, I went home and narrowed my decision down. Came back a few days later and met Mason. Excellent salesman, I threw out the things I was looking for and was met with honesty and sincerity rooted in understanding of the product. He helped me pull the trigger on my new laptop and I already love it. Fits my needs perfectly and I've got zero buyers remorse.”

“Pretty standard target. But the curbside pickup now included cold grocery items which is so exciting. FINALLY!!! I can get a cute lamp, electronics, thank you notes, a bathing suit and a some frozen chicken all without leaving my car and encountering shoppers who still can't figure out exactly how to wear a mask. Thank you Target for the update on curbside!!!”

“Came here to this location for the first time with my family and we had a great experience. My wife and kids all took advantage of one of their promos. They traded in their Galaxy20 and got the Galaxy23 practically for free. Sales, Kevin (young kid with glasses) was super friendly, patient, and informational. We were there for over 2.5hrs buying the phones and transferring all their info over. They closed at 7pm, but Kevin stayed to complete his awesome services until we were done which was close to 8pm. If anyone wanna stop by and feel comfortable with all your questions and/or concerns, ask for Kevin. The parking lot is decent size and located next to Smoothie King. All the staff are friendly, but Kevin was amazing. He is an asset to Verizon.”

“I had a very complicated issue that multiple Verizon customer service agents and retailers were either unable to refused to help me with. After days of frustration and stress, I went to this corporate location as a last ditch effort to get some assistance. The employees were very friendly and empathetic. Marissa in particular was an absolute angel and helped me so much! She and her colleague (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) were very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to check into things when they weren’t sure, which was the complete opposite of how the online customer service team was. They not only helped me solve my issue within 24 hours, but also gave me steps in case the solution did not work, AND helped us adjust a mistake on the account. I’ve been meaning to call the store directly to thank them, but unfortunately the number directs me to Verizon head offices. THANK YOU for helping me resolve my problem!”

“It saddens me that this place has negative reviews bc I’ve been coming here for years. The store is always clean inside and out. The staff are super friendly. I truly enjoy bantering with them and getting recommendations on favorite restaurants, etc. The breakfast tacos are the best out of ANY Laredo Taco in town. I’ve introduced coworkers and friends alike to their tacos and even their lunches and created “lifers” to this specific location. Can’t say enough great things about a gas station mart and restaurant lol. Who knew!?”

“Came here to buy a gaming PC setup for my son for Christmas. I have no idea what to buy or what I need for this setup because I'm only used to buying a full normal PC setup. Apparently, gaming PC setups are sold separately such as the tower, monitor, speakers, etc, annnnd it's pricey. Anyways, sales associate, Andy was very friendly, patiently, and extremely helpful. I had a budget of $2,000 so my mind was set on spending around this price, but he was able to find lingering Black Friday deals for each item that I needed and saved me almost $1,000. My son is just starting off and I know he's into simple mediocre graphic games such as Roblox and Minecraft so this was a solid starter computer that he'll use for years. I was excited so I had his computer setup early and it works amazing and fast. Andy also helped me find a Samsung tablet for my wife which was also on sale.Again, Andy was amazing so I'd recommend seeking him out for assistance. Parking lot is huge so you should have no problem finding parking.”

“Audio Video has been in business in B/CS forever. Their services did not disappoint. We are doing a substantial renovation and addition. Mike helped us with the design of our WiFi/router/access point system and was extremely patient with our questions.The AV crew installed our wiring and access points and at the completion our project installed all the components including an astonishing TV. We could not be happier with the end result! The crews on site were extremely friendly, capable, and NEAT! We highly recommend Audio Video.”
