We arrived and told the person outside we needed a new tire, so he sent us to park and talked to the people inside. We went, and they told us they were closed. Then, they sent us to the Bryan location, saying they closed an hour later, and we got there, and they were closed at the same time. It was all a waste of time.

I was blown away at how fast these guys changed my tires! They communicated clearly and had the job done less than 35 minutes. Impressive!

Pulled in to get my air checked on my tires since the sensor on my car came on, zero people in line, and even though several people saw me sitting there waiting, nobody acknowledged my presence, asked me to hold on, or otherwise said they’d be with me. I heard a couple of people call out a name as if that was the person that was supposed to be working that area, however, nobody ever showed up. Have a long ride ahead of me so I decided to leave. Great service, we were in town for a wedding and had a rental car that had a tire problem. Avis Rent-A-Car would not help us out with another car. They told us to go to a tire shop and pay to get the tire fixed and they might reimburse us. Garrett help us out patch the tire and did not charge us. Great service I will use discount tire in the future but I will never use Avis Rent-A-Car again.

Had a pleasant experience with Zach G. He was extremely helpful with getting new tires ordered for us and also set up an appointment for me to come in once they arrived. Got in and out of there pretty quickly too.

Discount tire comes through again. Had a flat after running over road debris in a thunderstorm. I got there early the next morning. They were very busy plus they were having computer problems. I thought I'd be there all day. I was treated to friendly, helpful service. I was told it would probably be about an hour to replace, but 30 minutes later, I was back on the road. Plus, it was covered by my road hazard warranty.

These guys have gone above and beyond taking care of my wife’s XC90 after not just 1 tire but 2 had tears on the sidewall. They took care of them under warrantee even though we actually ordered them through Tires Direct (sister company?). Good folks and fantastic customer service.
