I came here to get a failed puncture repair fixed. When I was talking to the salesman, Brady I think his name was, he gave me quite an attitude and was very condescending when I pointed out that their repair may have failed (honestly should not have been surprised; the discount staff has always been quite rude). He said he would do what he could, but he kept pushing me to buy a new tire. I left the store and they called me up a few minutes later and told me that they found a “nail in the side wall of the tire” (funny because when i inspected the tire myself there was no nail). They told me it would be $123 for a new tire and when I picked it up I was charged $180. Why was I not told the full amount? On top of all of that they would not show me proof there was a nail in the side wall. This is not the first time they have refused to show a tire they have worked on. The whole “nail in the sidewall” is probably a sales tactic to get people to buy new tires. There was a gentleman at the sales desk next to me who had a “leak in his sidewall”, and the lady helping him offered to show him the problem. I DO NOT PLAN ON BRINGING ANY OF MY CARS TO THE COMPANY DISCOUNT TIRE AGAIN.

Went in to get a nail out. Discount never fixes any of these issues and just sells me a tire every time. Also, if I’m buying a tire for replacement, the least you can do is put the air valve cover back on. That’s why I choose small local businesses before going to a place like this. And no, I’m not driving back over to get a cover. Do better.

These employees are the nicest vehicle service employees I’ve ever interacted with. As a woman I’m often told I need to purchase the more expensive things to fix my car, but these guys never push anything on me. If anything they try their hardest to save me money!

Was given a different price by another discount tire location, the short curly hair guy with glasses said they wouldn't Honor that even though it's a discount tire that it was from. Then went to his co worker and they both said again they wouldn't honor it. I should've left to the other discount tire who was more professional but my tire wouldn't allow it. Go to the one on Tower point, you get better service.

Loved working with Discount. They price matched a listed tire advertisement from elsewhere and gave me the exact tires a wanted. The coverage policy is excellent. I have had 2 nails in my tires over the last year, and they fixed both. One a patch, one a replacement at no additional cost to me.

Don't go there guys. This is my first and last time been there. They broke one of the plug during taking tire off, and they were so rude. They kept me waiting for 2 hours changing the tires.
