I hate CVS pharmacy they don’t have people there that can answer phone to answer customers questions then they act like they can’t hear you when they finally do pick up the phone after you call them 20 times then they hang up on your face

Four large soft drinks were put into one bag by the cashier and they busted open the bag ripped busted open all the drinks so I suggested either CVS increase the strength of their bags or teach their cashiers not to put four of them in one bag!

I ordered prints for my anniversary and when I got them the printer had distorted the colors and saturated our faces. I gave them high quality pictures and the printer made them look like they were screen shots. There was also no one at the desk and I had to walk around to find the lady working sitting in a display chair. (Lol) she got me my prints then told me to do self checkout and sat back down in her display chair. Very lazy. Don’t advertise high quality prints if your printer isn’t working.

Twice over the last two days I was informed by CVS pharmacy that my prescription (which was called in 4 days ago) was ready for pickup. Both times, when I went to pick it up, I was told that it was not available; that it was out of stock and on order. The Walgreens right across the street will be my go to pharmacy from now on.

I dropped off a package that was supposed to be returned to T-Mobile at this UPS drop off point. The package was never scanned in apparently and now I have to pay $1000 to T-Mobile. They never gave me receipt and I didn’t think anything of it since I assumed CVS was a reputable place. They never sent it so one a can only assume someone there stole the package since according to UPS, the package was never received by them. This amounts to a theft charge in Texas. Will be reaching out to the authorities.

I'm on Medicare. Federal law says they can only charge $35 for a one month supply of insulin. That is what they have charged me all year, but now they want $70. I called customer care- what a joke. They repeat exactly what the pharmacist told me. I'll be going somewhere else.

Where do I begin?! I used to go to a good pharmacy- costco. ButAetna in its infinite wisdom made me come here. If I could give it a negative number I would. Closed for lunch at 128 even ( mot 1:30 yet)if people are in line ( costco takes care of people in line Gen. Goes to lunch 30 min later. And it is stated). Came to get medicine for incision infection and sign says closed for holiday. No holiday?Oh. No. That is the wrong sign. I could go on. This place would be closed if people had a choice.

A couple weeks ago, I pulled through the drive through at 5:30 with my three kids (one of which had an ear infection). They told me it would be 15 minutes so I said “hey let me pull around so the cars behind me don’t have to wait.” I parked, set a timer for 10 minutes. Pulled out of the parking spot with 3 minutes left. Got back in line at 5:45 or so. I waited for the two cars in front of me. Pulled up to the window at 6:02. The three workers looked at me as they walked out the door.I called the store. The team lead/supervisor told me that it is CVS policy to serve customers in the line before closing (6PM in this case) and that her co-worker had seen me in line before 6. She took my name and number, told me the pharmacist would get back to me. I still haven’t heard back. By far the worst service I’ve ever had. Moral of the story- hope you don’t need your antibiotic close to closing time because they don’t care.

If I could grade this location a "0" I would. Hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've given them chance after chance and every single time I am disappointed. They never have the medication ready when it is supposed to be. They don't open early or stay open late. They take a lunch break and completely close as opposed to keeping a rotating staff. And the most recent problem is they returned my medication to stick after I called them twice to confirm I was picking it up. I am moving all of my business to the HEB Pharmacy at Tower Point. They are friendly, efficient, and reliable.

Never really had to deal with the actual pharmacist, the assistants are nice for the most part. Called to check on my daughter’s prescription and after answering my question, I thank her and the pharmacist just hangs up. Good thing I didn’t need anything else.

I initially made an appointment in advance, which was cancelled unexpectedly same day without an explanation. I’m assuming due to time since I was able to reschedule for 30 minutes earlier. At check in, we are told her insurance would not cover the 2 vaccines her school requested last minute. When I asked why a courtesy call was not made, they stated they called number ending in 5267, which I told them was our deceased mother’s phone number that I took off at the last appointment for the Covid vaccine. I showed them the automated appointment update texts I’d received so clearly my number was attached to her account. They then told me the “discount” price of ONE of the vaccines (meningitis?) was $158!!!! I work in an express/urgent care, and I don’t think we have a single one that costs even close to that for self pay patients… Very disorganized and expensive, and a total waste of our time.
