I didn’t have to wait at all and 3-4 other people were able to be helped while I was asking my long built up list of questions.The credit union recently had the biggest update I’ve ever experienced in the 15 years banking with them so they’ve had some growing pains but seem to be holding it together. The phone service isn’t so great but come see this location! The other day I went to the southwest location and they only had two people serving a line of 10… I left that location after 10 minutes of waiting and the line hadn’t moved. the phone service wasn’t working then either (the day after the update) but seems to be working now ( a week after the update)”
