Molly, Daniel and Ariel with the all star service immediately after we touchdown. After my previous experience I decided to bring family from out of state and the deal we got was a Homerun the first pitch. I definitely recommend visiting this one at 2232 Texas Ave S.

Be careful buying pistols from here, they dont take them apart to check the internals. I bought a ruger lcp when i got home to clean it i took it apart and noticed a spring missing so i couldnt put it back together. They will not take the gun back or help in anyway. So if i where you i would have them take it apart before you buy it. I will not be giving them anymore of my business.

Decent quality stuff, but way overpriced. You are paying maybe 10% less than you would brand new at retail.

Shorted me 100 dollars on a gun I sold didn’t realize it till I got home, then they only gave me 90 dollars back because that’s what they counted for “surplus”, didn’t argue since I don’t care about 10 bucks but everyone I told the story also said I should have stayed and asked them to look at the cameras to get ALL of my money hence this review. If you do go here to sell, make sure to count your money before you leave.

I've been coming to this pawnshop off and on for many years for many reasons. I've known Donna and I always look for her when I'm there if she isn't, the staff is always accommodating and very polite. They are very knowledgeable about what they have on the floor.
I bought a laptop, monitor, HDMI cord a few years back and they gave me a decent price break. I'm am looking again for something better and will go to CSP first.
Pawn shop business is not an easy business to be in. Imo they offer fair prices and people need to realize that they do need to make .money, it's a business. They take into consideration many factors when issuing a loan,buying a customers merchandise.
If you aren't happy with an offer then simply go somewhere else. It's a smart thing to do with the inflation the way it is. I've done it but 9 times out of 10 I've always come back to CSP.Imo, great staff, polite and professional .

Pawn shop misquoted me on my price to pick up my item. Had to show them the math for them to fix it. They basically assumed I didn’t have my paperwork and quoted me that price. I don’t feel like I was rude, condescending, or rash. But how they responded was kinda unsettling. Lady had a major attitude like her ego was hurt because I said she has the wrong price.
Just really silly and petty. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of pawn shops. By the other comments I’ve seen, I’m not the only person who experienced this.

Pretty awful experience I had today, stopped by to see if I could score a good deal on an inexpensive generator since we got hit pretty hard by that tornado in cypress. Found a fairly new Predator 3500, asking was 575. It’s a pawnshop, there are no retail prices and knowing I should save a few bucks I asked the manager/owner “575 out the door?” She very rudely said no 575 + tax that is a deal, to which I answered “cmon I want to do business with you help me out , harbor freight has them for 699 and proceeded to show her the online pricing. She very rudely answer “well then go buy it from them then” and walked away.
Lady get over yourself, you lost a sale because you were greedy you tried to make a 3-400% roí and I ended up going to HF picking up 2 6500 predators for 599. I never asked for a lower price m, I didn’t ask 500,525,550 out the door, I accepted your high price and all I asked was no tax but apparently you took offense to that. I would strongly suggest considering this “pawn” more like a retail store. Everyone is entitled to make a buck or two but understand you are a pawn, no way in hell you paid over 150 for that generator.

The nicest little pawn shop I've ever been in, best customer service. Like they actually WANTED to help you. Angel in the back with the guns was very professional and super helpful. Highly recommend going to this spot. Super good tool selection too!

I got a nice laptop from here, and the people who work in it are nice people, it feels like a small community, I remember coming here as a toddler
I'd come back here 18 more times if I could, it has that homey feel to it

A lot of unusual items and guns but beware of underhanded business practices. They will quote one price and as you go to purchase everything changes. Not huge changes but just enough they get an extra $20-$50 dollars. Poor business practices - low integrity on their word.
