Worst used car buying experience ever from this Dealer Rated D+ with the Better Business Bureau We were told the vehicle was checked out by the service Dept. and serviced, everything was in working order ready to go. Promised 2 chips in the windshield would be fixed. After purchase but before driving off the lot we discovered the DVD didn't work. Sales staff turned Rude and Unprofessional. Sales Manager sat in his glass walled office not busy snacking on cookies or something and refused to come talk to us after the Salesman asked him 3 times. One Manager saw the commotion came over and his response was "We didn't have to tell you!" and "Most dealers wouldn't pay to fix it!" We finally got help from an Assistant Manager and he did some checking finding out from Service Dept. parts were on order to fix it. It was known the DVD didn't work and they didn't tell us. He gave us a "We Owe" slip to bring vehicle back for repair. We brought it back when parts came in (wrong parts, had to reorder the right parts) and that's when we were told vehicle had not been serviced. The Glass Tech inspected the windshield and said it was not repairable and needed to be replaced. So another 1 1/2 hour drive a few weeks later got the DVD fixed. The promise to fix the windshield was a LIE.......... They post a Great price online then when you get there tell you that $1,997 has been added for APEX GPS theft tracking and $399 for windshield protection. Don't fall for this, it's not worth it and I will walk out of a Dealership if I ever encounter a SCAM like that again. I learned the hard way. Lastly, my wife and I both told them and made it very clear that I was Pre-qualified at Capital One Auto and was financing with Capital One Auto. I gave them the Pre-qualification Letter and told them that's who I am using. Much to my surprised I discovered a few days later the Finance Manager, who is also the Sales Manager who refused to talk to us about the DVD Player issue went Rogue and sent to multiple Banks resulting in several needless "Hard Pulls" on my Credit Report. He told the Banks and Credit Agencies who investigated this that "He didn't know about my Pre-qualification and desire to use Capital One." That's A FLAT OUT LIE!!! I suggest if you get your own financing that you get them to sign a document that you are requesting NO other Financing to be sought before you even sit down to negotiate. We are requesting the Windshield replaced, Refund of $399 charge for Windshield Coating applied to glass that needed replaced. Letters sent to Banks stating the extra Financing Inquiries were made by mistake and should removed from my Credit Report. A letter explaining these issues was sent to General Manager by Registered Mail on August 21 and another sent Registered Mail Sept. 14, with neither one getting a reply from the Dealership. I wouldn't recommend this Dealer to anyone. Go to one that stands behind the vehicles they sell. It's no surprise this Dealer has a D+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau

I see why they have a D+ Rating from Better Business Bureau

I drove 2 hours to this dealership twice because I felt I was getting a good deal on my trade and on the new vehicle. So far I am very happy with my purchase and my terms.Based on previous reviews I'm thinking that maybe they are doing their best to improve. Maybe?

Traveled from Austin to buy a Hyundai Tucson Limited. Before I drove off the lot, I noticed the faulty Apple CarPlay USB port and was told by 4 salesmen it would be an easy fix and any Hyundai service center will be able to do it. 3 weeks later zero solution, and the local Hyundai booked me for an appointment in August. I bought the car in April. Ross and Andy have stopped returning my messages and phone calls to fix this issue. I've filed a corporate complaint but frankly based on Logan's tone on the phone they don't seem to care and happily gave me Hyundai's corporate # to file. Avoid Hyundai go to Toyota, Mazda or Honda. Be glad you're not a Hyundai customer. Shame - it's great when you're giving them a sale but once you become a problem that's when the customer service goes out the door.

Went in to look at a vehicle with my son last week and talked with Kenny and briefly with Ross both were professional, friendly not pushy or aggressive. They did not have one that my son wanted, but were able to let us know when it would arrive. We did a little comparison shopping but when Kenny contacted me this morning we went & met with Kenny then Ross. He crunched the numbers and was able to get him a great deal. For signing EVERYTHING Maury was very professional, friendly and had a voice LIKE the ALLSTATE guy. I will recommend these men and Hyundai dealership to everyone.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy. These individuals will say whatever it takes to get you in the door, then go back on their word.

this dealership completely f*cked us over, leaving us with over $300 in rental car bills after informing us they would be selling us a car, only to end up selling it to someone else a few minutes before we arrived. we paid for over $300 in rental car expenses after the dealership told us to go ahead and pay for a rental car to make the drive to their location, as they would 100% be selling us the car after reaching an agreement and filling out a credit application. if you're even thinking of coming here, dont. take your business elsewhere, because if they will deceive people like us, they will do the same to you. avoid the salesperson john gaston as well as the sales manager shaun, as they both lied and deceived us throughout this car buying process.please note: we are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit for the damages of the illegal bait-and-switching, as well as releasing several public statements against this dealership. the ftc has been informed of this situation, as well as hyundai corporate. we are hoping to spread the message about how it is not okay to use illegal bait-and-switch methods with consumers.

Manager was highly disrespectful. This dealership has instituted a market rate fee of over $1,500 that rips off faithful and good clients. Manager was asked to remove this unnecessary fee and he declined. He acted as if our business was t needed or wanted. Completely predatory and disgusting.

My mom went to this dealership over the weekend. Their manager was very rude and made us feel as if our business wasn't appreciated or valued. We left and never plan on returning back. Don't go here, if you're looking for a good dealership go to Douglass.

We had a pretty positive experience until our hoped for vehicle was caught up in the craziness of the supply chain challenges and a national recall. Below is our rather lengthy experience with the dealership and suffice it to say, we definitely will never consider College Station as an option to purchase a new vehicle in the future. We recently placed a deposit on a vehicle in March for my daughter, who was stationed overseas, to have once she arrived back in country. The vehicle was scheduled to arrive in late April during the initial discussion I had with Tyler. Later, that date was changed to early May. The date again changed to mid-May and then again to the end of May which was an unworkable timeline with my daughter needing to report to her next duty station by the 20th of May. At this time, Tyler communicated there was another vehicle scheduled to arrive, 18 May, but there was no guarantee it would be in.As we were running out of options, we agreed to move our deposit (which apparently is not something this dealership normally does) to this more expensive model, just to have a vehicle before our daughter's report date. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not arrive in time for us to procure it before we had to get our daughter settled at her new duty station. We were still hopeful we could get the vehicle delivered to us, even with the additional $1000 delivery fee. Once again, we were told there would be an additional (best guess) 2-3 week delay on delivery of the vehicle due to a recall being issued on the model we reserved. At this point, it was necessary to begin looking at other options for transportation as it would be impossible for our daughter to fulfill her military duties without a vehicle. We reached out to Tyler to request the $500 deposit be refunded as there was no possibility the dealership would be able to fulfill its end of the deal to deliver a vehicle in the time frame needed once the vehicle was on ground. Unfortunately, the response we received was less than ideal for a situation that is no fault of either party, but a symptom of supply chain issues and bad timing of a recall notice. The general manager of sales maintained the position of not granting a refund; communicating they couldn't refund the deposit because they would miss out on the chance to sell the vehicle. I asked him to clarify since EVERY dealership I've talked to (including this one) is advising customers to put a deposit down because the vehicles won't last long on the lot if it even gets on the lot before it's sold.College Station Hyundai will still be able to sell the vehicle once the recall issues have been worked out so I am at a loss as to why the $500 is not refundable under these unusual circumstances. There were no special add-ons placed on the order that would make this vehicle un-sellable. I would HOPE this doesn't boil down to a dealership trying to make an additional profit in a market that is already heavily favored for the Seller.

Their website listed "Dealer Price" as MSRP $37,270 (window sticker). When I inquired about the vehicle, I received an email indicating "Dealer Price" of $32,270 (pic attached) and no mention of additional charges. I then asked for a complete quote including TT&L and received a quote that included $4,195 for Mkt. Adjustment and dealer add-ons (pic attached). I don't know if this is illegal (i.e. their website not listing these charges, their initial response listing a "Dealer Price" that doesn't include these charges), but it is certainly not honorable. There are lots of Hyundai dealers in Texas, I will purchase elsewhere.

Beware of these car dealerships finding ways to make a person pay more. We went looking for an Amazon Grey - Limited and Hyundai talked us into a white hyundai when they couldn't produce the car we wanted. They made my daughter place a 500 non - refundable deposit. We found the car we were looking for at another hyundai dealership within 3 days. The white hyundai they sold us wasn't coming until the end of month. They claim they put alot of effort and time on this sale. There were three to four people buying and every other salesman was sitting waiting for someone to walk in.Other car Hyundai dealerships claim they can't force a deposit. But college station sticking to the 500 lost for us. Its called " added revenue" when sales are slowBeware of market adjustments GPS Paint and other items they are adding to the MSRP. I would definitely visit the team in Humble. This team did a great job of working with us.
