We drove from Waco to but a new 2023 Ford F-150-King Ranch truck.. WE originally were talking on the internet with a lady named Sam. When we got there the fun began. Another salesperson named Michelle took us. She already knew what we were looking for. First, she was going to show us a truck that we did not want to see. Finally, we saw the truck that we wanted and started talking the deal. The price on the internet which was their own was $70699.00, but the new adjusted price when up to $72200.00. After coming to a desired trade in price we asked about their 2.9% interest on new vehicles, the only thing my wife and I remember was that the payment would be lesser that the higher interest rates {no kidding}. After her we went to the finance Depatments when he went so fast, we could not keep up to him. When I got back home, I looked at our papers and they charged us approximately $1500 to get that lower rate, NEVER was told of this. BE SURE YOU NEVER GO THERE. I have bought two trucks from them and will NEVER go back again. JUST BEWARE IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

Do yourself a favor never bring a vehicle to The Body Shop here. They have had my car for almost two months and not sure when or if I will ever get it back Extremely frustrated I have made two payments on this car since it has been here and can't even use it No one will call you to update you And when you call its Is one excuse after another The only bright spot is the lady that works on the body shop, she is fantastic however that does nor make up for it

Worked with Mr. Winkle to get a car for my daughter, received a great deal she could afford and even traded in mine at the same time. Mr. Winkle worked quickly, efficiently, professionally, and put our minds at ease while taking care of the details. I highly recommend College Station Ford, their team is phenomenal.

College Station Ford made my experience extremely quick and easy. I had a negative experience looking for a specific vehicle at another Ford location out of town so I was already apprehensive about buying a vehicle. Ben Winkle walked me through the process of ordering the vehicle with the specifics I was looking for. He worked with me on placing the order July 10. He told me it could arrive as soon as 90 days after placing the order. It was gassed up and ready at College Station Ford 63 days after placing the order! I will definitely be recommending friends and family!

Not impressed. We drove 40 miles to look at a used vehicle that would meet our needs. When we arrived we were told it was not available because it had an “oil leak” that had not been fixed. We found out we had not been talking to a salesman but the person who answers the emails. The salesman told us they had no other vehicles with that mileage and year model. I had the distinct feeling they got us there to sell us something else. It felt like deception. This is not how a dealer with their reputation is supposed to treat people. We left with all haste.

Service & Quick Lane are both phenomenal! Lucus in Service goes above and beyond to help and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.Sales is kinda wishy washy depending on who you go to— there is an older gentlemen I tried working with that I was referred to and he wouldn’t take me seriously or anything. So I ended up purchasing elsewhere, then tried to trade in a car and truck here last year with Michelle and she was great but ended up not having what we wanted.

Are usually dread going car shopping. But this experience with this dealership totally changed my outlook. They have my business going forward from today. They were quick to helping us get through the paperwork. They gave us a great trade-in price and it was an a hassle going back-and-forth with numbers. It was straightforward and very professional. I would highly recommend doing business with them to anyone I know.

Would drive to Houston if you can. They don't offer any good deals and try to screw you on interest rates. They lost our business forever and we buy new cars every year

Great experience here with Nico. Simple process, transparent pricing, quick and easy transaction. Purchasing vehicles for my business is something that I dread - thanks to Nico and the team here for making the process simple. Definitely not the same as other dealerships in the BCS area. We went to test drive a expedition yesterday evening, not expecting to buy it that day. Simba was a great salesman from the very begining. He was upfront and honest with us the entire time. He got us a better interest rate than our bank did. Overall a very good experience and when we decide to get another car we will be going back to Simba!

This ford had always given me trouble. I have an older ford F-150 so since I don't have a warranty anymore I do all my work myself. With calling multiple cords for parts they always have the higher priced parts and it's by a lot not just 5-10$ it's always 20-30$ more than other Fords. On top of that when ever I call and ask for simple torque specs it's always sorry we can't provide you with this information. I do not come here anymore and do not recommend unless it's warranty work or a recall.

We bought our new Expedition from College Station Ford. Michelle was incredibly patient and easy to work with. We spent over a month trying to find the right car at the right price and she worked hard to make the deal happen. She knows her vehicles and was a wealth of information. SO excited to have my new expedition! Loved that the dealer ads were not excessive compared to other dealerships we worked with. Pricing was straight forward and didn't involve a lot of haggling to feel like you were getting a fair deal and a fair price my trade.

I've never had a better experience with a salesman in my life. James Souter at this dealership is the man you need to ask for when you're in the market for a vehicle. He was honest and up front with his pricing, had an answer to every question I needed to ask, and made sure we had everything we needed, to include phone applications, before we left. I will only be purchasing vehicles from this dealership for as long as I live.
