We drove from Waco to but a new 2023 Ford F-150-King Ranch truck.. WE originally were talking on the internet with a lady named Sam. When we got there the fun began. Another salesperson named Michelle took us. She already knew what we were looking for. First, she was going to show us a truck that we did not want to see. Finally, we saw the truck that we wanted and started talking the deal. The price on the internet which was their own was $70699.00, but the new adjusted price when up to $72200.00. After coming to a desired trade in price we asked about their 2.9% interest on new vehicles, the only thing my wife and I remember was that the payment would be lesser that the higher interest rates {no kidding}. After her we went to the finance Depatments when he went so fast, we could not keep up to him. When I got back home, I looked at our papers and they charged us approximately $1500 to get that lower rate, NEVER was told of this. BE SURE YOU NEVER GO THERE. I have bought two trucks from them and will NEVER go back again. JUST BEWARE IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

The car looks good but they won’t do an efficient job at communicating when your vehicle is done and won’t call from the body shop number, I got “calls” from a number that wasn’t 979 area code, which I do not answer because I personally have no business in Florida, never received an email or a text letting me know my car was ready then three days later they called from the body shop so I went and got my vehicle, they told my insurance since they tried to contact me from their personal number not the shops number three days prior it was late so my insurance is causing me trouble. Oh and to put the cherry on top I received both a text and email letting me know my car was “ready for pickup” AFTER I had already picked up my vehicle meaning they most likely forgot to send it out and placed the blame on me. They are very nice but someone is not doing their job correctly.

A huge thank you to Jeffery, and to Susanne as well for all their help with the process of fixing my car, my family and I aren’t from Texas so we have a hard time trusting people when it comes to our vehicles but they’ve truly made this experience smooth sailing for me, and my car looks great!! They originally told me it would take about 2 weeks and the work was complete in 1 week! They got it done very quickly and efficiently. CS Ford is the place to go if you’re ever in an accident or need any body work done on your car. These guys are very professional and very welcoming as well! 10/10 Recommend not wasting your time anywhere else!!

Would drive to Houston if you can. They don't offer any good deals and try to screw you on interest rates. They lost our business forever and we buy new cars every year

This ford had always given me trouble. I have an older ford F-150 so since I don't have a warranty anymore I do all my work myself. With calling multiple cords for parts they always have the higher priced parts and it's by a lot not just 5-10$ it's always 20-30$ more than other Fords. On top of that when ever I call and ask for simple torque specs it's always sorry we can't provide you with this information. I do not come here anymore and do not recommend unless it's warranty work or a recall.

Bad experience overall. I have tried to support the local FORD dealer in CS. I have purchased two vehicles - new - in three years and always used their service department. The turnover there is ridiculously high. The sales team has yet to ever thank me or follow up on my purchases. It is hard to believe this place has stayed in business but I think they capitalize on transitionary students. I highly recommend you drive to anywhere within 60 miles and use local service departments to service your vehicles. Every time we have scheduled maintenance (recalls, normal, etc) we are left waiting hours while others pass in front. This place has no concern for relationship or loyalty. So sad. they say they support aggies - its just a marketing ploy. Take your business elsewhere.

I don't recommend. This happened to me over a year ago, I was so baffled I didn't know what to say about it, but I remembered the experience recently, so I'm here to say my peace. I'll try and make it quick.I went to their body shop to replace my rear bumper from an accident, it took over a month to get it in, I had to renew my insurance claim because it expired. It took around a month and a half to get my car back, so I had to renew my rental car as well. When I got my car back, there was a HALF DRUNK WARM BOTTLE OF WINE in the console cup holder. I took it out and gave it the representative. I saw there was some kind of sensor sticking out from the ceiling of my car, when I told the guy helping me, he just shoved it inbetween the roof and the windshield. And after taking the car, I found pieces from my car missing, like my fog light trim piece and clips from the base my sun visor. I think they just forgot to put them back.In hindsight, I should've went off then, but I was busy in college and didn't have the energy or the time to go through all that again.Long story short, just go somewhere else.

Robert Taylor and his staff did an amazing job repairing my car after an axle broke on a 18 wheeler and damaged it. Mr. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. He was always professional and kept us abreast of the process. I would definitely recommend College Station Ford body shop to anyone.Services: Painting

Took my truck in to get the hail damage fixed. They had to replace the entire top and hood. Once I got it back, I noticed they scratched the front bumper in the process. Robert was able to rectify this within a week and now the truck is looking brand new. Appreciate the service and the Beth helping me along the way.

Had a simple warranty issue. They ordered the part, called when it arrives and scheduled the repair. Accomplished the repair in the planned amount of time and I got my vehicle back as scheduled with new OEM parts. Great job CS Ford!

Went in ready to lease a truck. Was greeted by a sweet young lady who sent me to the service department. Never leased a vehicle through the service department before, but perhaps things were different here? Upon getting over there, they seemed as confused as I was, and sent me back to the sales department. I was told I'd have to wait for an available sales associate, so I did just that. After a while of waiting without being given the time of day, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Seems as though this place does not have any idea what they're doing. Take your time and your money elsewhere.
