“This is an update to my original review. I initially gave one star due to an extremely frustrating experience with Barclays, the bank behind Old Navy’s credit card. However, I want to acknowledge that after Old Navy pursued the matter on my behalf, the issue was finally resolved.
Someone from Barclays’ president’s office reached out, listened, and followed through with genuine care—something that had been missing for months. I deeply appreciate Old Navy’s support in getting this sorted out.
I’ve updated my rating to five stars, not only because the issue was resolved, but because of the care and effort shown, especially once it reached the right hands. Thank you to Old Navy for stepping in and advocating for your customers, and to Barclays for ultimately resolving the problem.

This one star is not for Old Navy--I'd give them a 5. This is for Barclays--the bank behind Old Navy's credit card.
I love shopping at Old Navy, but dealing with Barclays, the bank behind your credit card, has been an absolute nightmare.
After changing my address, I have spent five months stuck in an endless cycle of mailing, faxing, and calling—yet nothing has been resolved. I’ve escalated the issue, only to be told I’d receive a call from a manager, but they never say when. Apparently, customers are expected to be on standby indefinitely, with no respect for their time.
Barclays has no email support, no secure online document upload, and relies on outdated methods like fax and phone calls—which still don’t fix anything. This has been the most frustrating and time-wasting experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution.
I’ve even considered closing the card altogether, but knowing it could impact my credit score, I feel stuck—metaphorically caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.
I wouldn’t recommend Barclays' credit card to anyone, and I truly hope Old Navy switches to a more reliable bank for its credit cards. Customers deserve better!”
“Lot's of Aggie stuff to select from. A good selection of Corps items. Various home decorations, clothing, toys, kitchen items and sporting equipment. Looking for a flag? They got'em. Staff was very friendly and helpful in locating a specific shirt for my son.”

“Maroon U is an upscale store when compared to C.C. Creations. Here, you will find Texas A&M shirts, hats, jackets, and athletic wear but from name brands like Addias, Reebok Lucky brand, and more.

“I was looking on the website and wondered if I could check on a couple of things in my cart to make sure the store had it...I called the University Drive Store and Karen was amazing! She actually asked for me to text her my items in my online cart so she could check on everything...7 minutes later, she called me and had gathered everything, took my payment information and gift wrapped my items to be picked up! Aggie Outfitters is the BEST! Ask for Karen - she is the Best Personal Shopper too!”
“Great place for treasure hunting. You can find discounts on many brands and pay just a smaller price for them. But depending on the day you go, you’ll find aisles empty. It doesn’t feel like they get merchandise as often as other stores I have been before. Staff is friendly but lines for the register are always long. Fun place to shop. Parking isn’t that bad either.”
“I see their TV ad all the time, so when we were in the area, I had to stop by and wasn't disappointed. Loved the atmosphere, their merchandise, and although they didn't have my size in a couple of items I bought a cute little jewelry case. I'll definitely go back when we're in the area!”
“My teenage son and nephew went into this store with my two year old son while us parents finished our meal at Casa Ole. I was a bit nervous that they'd destroy the place so we rushed dinner and headed to down to Zumiez to get them. To my surprise the lady at the counter (Alicia, Manager) was laughing and talking with all the kids. She knew their names and welcomed them back anytime! So very kind! My teenager loves this shop, and now I do too!”

“I cannot speak to the experience of being racially profiled, but I would like to note that, as a middle-aged white lady, the customer service at Charli is very attentive. Yes, they pay attention to you when you come in, and they are inquisitive and helpful. I received a gift from Charli for Christmas and it didn't quite fit, so I tried to return it. They only give store credit, which is fine, but good to know ahead of time. Try before you buy!”
“One of the better stores in the B/CS mall. The staff was super sweet, I asked them to help me pick out some jewelry for a dress and they were happy to do so. I wish there was more space, the store does feel a bit cramped, but they still have a good selection of clothes and jewelry.”

“The C.C. Creations warehouse is the best place to get your Texas A&M fix. First off, they have a huge selection of everything TAMU, and they are open every day of the week. From t-shirts, pet souvenirs, every sport, Corp or band, to Aggie flags, and yard decorations. C.C. Creations has it and for a competitive price. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. You can't beat the selection.”
