Over charge 2000$ for my daughter with insurance. We waited 5 hours for them to say that they couldn't care for her because she is a child and we should see a specialist.On top of that, received a phone call from the place. Returned the phone call, but the woman rudely stated I needed to wait for them to call me back again. I asked is it possible for her to pull open my daughter information so I can see who called. She bluntly said no you have to wait. At that point I stated that the service was poor and she hung up in my face. I called back to ask her why she hung up before stating if I can speak with someone else. I stated what she did was rude, and she started yelling YOUR RUDE. She hung up in my face again. I called back to get her name so I can speak to a manager. She refused to provide me her name and transferred me to a different department where I couldn't speak with a manager.

To Mrs. Leah, Gabby, and the other nurse whom name I can’t exactly remember.. I want to say thank you so much for taking care of me, y’all made my life a lot easier dealing with everything I had to deal with. I appreciate you all and I know God has nothing but great things for you all in the future ??All 3 of them needs raises lol

We had our baby there 2 weeks ago and I just wana say we had the best experience, I also wana talk about Hannah, RN who was working on the November 29th morning shift till PM listen she NEEDS a raise? she was so caring taking care of our baby like it’s hers, very soft spoken & funny☺️ all nurses were great but she was outstanding, she had answers to all of our questions. Thank you so much Hannah may God continue to bless you & take care of all your patients like you did with us.

We had our first baby here last month. The whole experience was wonderful. Nurses are attentive and the overall environment is quiet and clean. If you don't like hospital food, there are plenty of options nearby. We would definitely come back here to have our 2nd baby in a few years.Well done ???

Been here since 5 still in lobby. Lobby very nasty. Blood on floor and not cleaned up, mask, dirty napkins in window. Very poor service, and still haven't seen anyone. So I can't even tell you how they are in the back. The people on duty play to much. I will let y'all know how the back goes.

My roommate was feeling unwell at night, so we took her to a medical facility. Upon arrival, we encountered unhelpful staff. Despite my repeated inquiries about my roommate's whereabouts, no one could provide clear information. Eventually, they directed me to her location, but couldn't offer any insights into her condition.My roommate had been informed that they would conduct tests to diagnose her. They initiated with a Covid test and a flu test, mentioning that her symptoms were consistent with meningitis. After a 30-minute wait, a resident doctor arrived without proper introduction. Following some casual conversation, he instructed my roommate to change into a robe, leaving us both perplexed.Once she was dressed, they asked her to sit upright, and I sought clarification about the meningitis test procedure. They explained they needed to collect spinal fluid. The doctor disinfected her back, administered numbing fluid, and commenced the procedure. However, after a two-minute wait, he acknowledged that the anesthesia hadn't taken effect yet. My roommate informed him that she could still feel everything.To our dismay, the doctor had to repeat the process, but the first extraction was deemed unusable. He then marked her back and disclosed that they had never performed this procedure on an adult, only on children. It would have been helpful to know this earlier, and we wished they had supervised the resident doctor more closely. Overall, the situation was poorly handled, and there were several missed opportunities for better communication and patient care.

Poor communication regarding my mother with dementia. 7 days and only one 5 minute phone call with a dr and he was beyond rude. 3 days in for her to get help eating. Found out she was being transferred literally a couple hours beforehand. No way for me to get there in time. Very disappointed and would not recommend

Visited the ER after accidentally stabbing myself with a kitchen knife. Everyone from the front desk staff to triage to treatment were kind, respectful, empathetic, and professional. I was promptly seen and treated. I would recommend this ER to anyone needing care

Well organized receptionist; efficient handling of simple check- in procedures.Technician (Alma) arrived promptly and was prepared for my procedure. She explained it very well and it was done very quickly. I was in/out in less than half an hour. Excellent!

I was treated with the up most respect and all the staff treated me so well. From the doctors to the custodial staff, everyone was so caring and very helpful mentally and physically. Dr Hosea was a God sent Angel.

Delivered my second child here & was very nervous because it was 2 months before his due date but the staff is phenomenal! My Dr. David Meduna has been great my entire pregnancy, I had to have a C Section and he did so amazing I can not see where I was cut open. The labor and delivery staff was extremely welcoming, caring, attentive, informing, supportive and everything in between especially nurses Sarah and Letty. The NICU nurses took such amazing care of my little man and were so welcoming and supportive every time I came to see him. My nurses after the delivery were just as sweet made this scary experience extremely delightful.

The staff went above and beyond the normal levels of patient care for me because of the many issues I was dealing with during my visit there. They were extremely helpful and supportive to both me and my daughter in law who was with me. The doctor was awesome and went out of his way to keep me informed of the results of all the tests that were done and the plan for my care. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very helpful and very supportive - an excellent place to be for any emergency situation. May God richly bless each of you
