Somehow it always takes over half an hour to do anything, no matter how minor, at this location. Customer reps insist on talking over every piece of regulation, while being woefully misinformed about the products the bank pushes and charges that are levied on unsuspecting customers. Opening an account requires a prolonged conversation about all the ways Chase is going to charge lots of fees for unrelated reasons, multiple slow trips of the customer service rep "to the printer", and about a pound of dead trees. Oh, and the account still not posted to online interface 24 hours later. The entire enterprise feels like a used-car dealership of the worst kind.
