I have never been so humiliated in my life. I’ve cashed many check over the years at many different banks and have never been treated like a criminal the way this location made me feel today! I was given every excuse in the book of why they couldn’t cash my check every sentence out of the teller’s mouth was a difference reason. The branch manager wasn’t any help either all he did was ask the teller questions didn’t care about how I was treated or verify that the questions he was asking me were even policy. I don’t think I should be asked why I didn’t go to my own bank first. I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER OF CHASE BECAUSE IF THIS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BANK.

I really don't care who is trying to depositoney intoy account. I get not letting someone withdraw but seriously if I send someone to deposit CASH intoy account and they have the account number...why on earth could someone NOT deposit money. That is the dumbest thing ever. Signed one unhappy customer.

Terrible customer service, didn't even get the guy's name but he's on the second booth to the right didn't even stand up to greet us and treated us poorly. He should be reminded that customers are the one's that keep their Doors open.

Trying to call this branch.......evidently they don't answer the phone and have to go through the 800 customer service.A regular customer for years....too bad can't speak to my local branch.

Not a fan of the customer service at this bank. I wanted to open a business account, so I sat down in the waiting area until a personal banker could help me. A teller asked me what I needed and I told her that I'm interested in opening a business account. She then said that I needed an appointment for that and the earliest available was in 6 days. I guess Chase Bank doesn't value future customers and is okay with them walking out the door. If I can't walk in and get service, what’s the service going to be like when I'm a customer? No thanks.And the excuse of "students are back" is ridiculous. It's clearly an under staffed issue.

I have not had the best service from Chase bank, but on my last visit to this location Art and Temi were fantastic.

Amazing service! I was having a hard time mobile depositing a check through my current bank. I decided to see if this branch could help, since my bank doesn't have a local branch. The check was from a Chase bank account, so I was hoping they could help. And, they did!They helped me promptly and professionally and I got my check deposited, even though I'm not a current customer of Chase bank.Feeling very grateful! Thank you!

Recently stopped by to discuss credit card options and get more insight into which may benefit me most. The gentleman that attended me didn’t seem to interested in talking to me and just pulled up the generic side by side comparisons on his computer and pointed to them. No discussion, no opinions, no questions. Just point and read. Which I understand, but I was hoping to get some actual opinions or insight. However, the main reason for the low rating is the absolute incompetence of that gentleman. Do not tell a client their card would be “overnighted and shipped to the right address” if that is in fact what did not occur. I gave it some time and called Chase customer service and learned that it was not overnighted and it was sent to the wrong address. I am just upset that I didn’t feel listened to or valued at this branch. Clearly, attention to detail and client relations is not a big priority or was not that day at this branch. Hopefully the other local branches in the area are better.

Do not come here. The personal, especially the lady at the front, was rude and quite frankly, noisy about my business in asking me so many random questions as to why I wanted to make a simple withdrawal. First of all, I called ahead of time to ask if they had enough of a specific denomination for me to take out, and the man on the phone said they did. When I got there, the lady behind the counter was shocked and baffled at me for asking such a simple thing, and could not fathom that one of her co-workers would tell me something that she did not believe was true. She made such a big production out of it, putting the blame on me for making such an ‘unusual request’. Her other response to me was ‘oh what are you doing, a scavenger hunt?’ She was unprofessional in her demeanor and did not seem interested in helping me at all. Most of the time I regretfully stood there in front of her, she just glared at me for wanting to come in and make a simple withdrawal like any normal customer would, all the while there are many people behind me because she decided not to make it happen in the same amount of time I’m used to at other branches. Please please visit the chase branch on texas and holeman, I highly recommend going there over this branch any day. The personnel is so friendly and willing to help you at that one. I hope to never visit this branch again. Adios.
