I am convinced that they they invent ways to make things difficult.I would say bring your lunch and a good book to read as you will wait and wait and wait some more. At the end of your wait they may or may not be able to help, more than likely you will need to come back only to repeat the process.Three people to greet you at the door, but none who can actually help.

Went through the drive thru to make a deposit for a friend. They had deposit slips in the carrier. I didn't even have to ask for one. This is a great idea for all banks.

They charge you fees for moving your money from their most basic checking account to your savings account. They charge you fees if someone fraudulently uses your account or deducts from your account. Their customer service (the actual PEOPLE/managers) do nothing to assist in times of identity theft or fraud. Everything is about their bottom line and it’s nauseating. I switched to Capital 1 and couldn’t be happier. Their fraud dept is awesome and the customer service is great. Chase got so much of my hard earned money in fees it’s disgusting. Essentially days worth of work. I could’ve taken a vacation. Screw Chase and everything they represent.

When I visited this branch and asked to open an account, an officer called Sam told me "come back tomorrow with documents". I said, "sure, which documents should I bring tomorrow?" and this guy leans back on his chair, puts a smile on his face and said "which documents would you bring to open a bank account? Go and youtube "how to open a bank account!" I was shocked with that kind of behavior. He was not only ignorant, but arrogant.
