I cannot speak to the experience of being racially profiled, but I would like to note that, as a middle-aged white lady, the customer service at Charli is very attentive. Yes, they pay attention to you when you come in, and they are inquisitive and helpful. I received a gift from Charli for Christmas and it didn't quite fit, so I tried to return it. They only give store credit, which is fine, but good to know ahead of time. Try before you buy!

The sales ladies made me and my daughters, who accompanied me, feel uncomfortable. My husband is taking me to Hawaii for my birthday and my daughters were taking me on a shopping spree. I really wanted to purchase a beautiful powdered blue dress but I felt as if we were racially profiled. We were followed and watched as if we were about to do some criminal activity. One of my daughters is majoring in education and my other daughter is a Captain/Instructor for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. My youngest daughter is a sophomore in high school. As for myself, I retired from the Criminal Justice System and my husband and I are traveling around the world. This was my first time shopping in your establishment but not my daughters. They've been boasting about your shop for a while so I decided to see what they were boasting about. Well, I was very disappointed; not with the items, but with the customer service. I hope my constructive criticism will educate your staff on cultural diversity. The humiliation your staff displayed towards me and my daughters was unacceptable. I do not like to judge nor do I like being judged. May God bless you and be with you always.

The staff didn’t really pay attention when you entered. They attended a few people and got back to talking. I didn’t enjoy my boutique experience and ended up going to Sabi where I had a phenomenal experience. I don’t know if it was just because I was a student and they didn’t think I would be able to afford the place, or they were just really engrossed in their conversation.

Charli is a MUST go to boutique!!! It has the best brands to pick from & you will definitely get your money's worth in the type of clothing it sells. It has a wide variety, everything from casual outfits to formal wear. The employees are very sweet & will help you find what you are looking for.

Coming to Texas A&M from Dallas, I expected to have to order clothes online for 4 years to get the quality, designers, and fashionable look that I go for. When I discovered Charli, I found a place right here in College Station that carries a wide assortment of fashionable clothing that meets my wants and needs! I love that Charli carries a wide variety of merchandise, including pieces from well known, upscale designers, as well as affordable, trendy pieces too. Charli is my go to for everything from formal dresses to gameday attire, and from casual day looks to an outfit for a night out! I have so much fun shopping here! SO thankful for this store--I highly highly highly recommend it!

Charli is my go to for all new purchases made in town! The quality of the clothing, shoes and jewelry is by far the best around. There is a designer section for those who want quality over quantity and a loft upstairs with items all less than $80 for those looking for something cute and inexpensive. Love it!!!

Great clothes and super helpful sales girls. This is the only place in college station I like to shop. I'm from a big city and would like to consider myself fashion forward. I'm NEVER disappointed in their inventory and always leave the store with a bag. I just can't help myself!!

I'm a dress whore. As far as I'm concerned you can never ever own enough dresses nor do you need a specific occasion to purchase a dress and for this reason alone I love Charli's. They easily have the best dress selection in town! Black Halo, Nicole Miller, Trina Turk, Laundry, and Tracy Reese just to name a few of my favorites. The customer service here is always exceptional. I'm always greeted with a friendly hi by a well dressed beautiful girl (a Charli's Girl). I really appreciate this as I am so sick of shopping places with a disheveled sales associate. If you can't dress yourself why would I want/need you to help me?!?! I regress, the girls are always very helpful at making suggestions and bringing outfits they think I will like to the dressing room for me to try on. I know this is called being a salesperson. I like it. I miss the days when sales people actually tried to do their job. They're not pushy it's more like a friend making a suggestion. Ordering things in my size is never a problem. I've been shopping at Charli's since I moved to College Station 15 years ago though to be honest 15 years ago I could only afford to "window shop" but it's always been a favorite store.
