SO SO GOOD. I came in with previous bleach and box dye in my hair and have never been to a salon to get my hair done but Pauliha out did herself. holy cow. she is super sweet and really great at communication. she made the whole experience super easy and comforting and exciting. and she killed it. absolutely killed it. i know i stalked reviews before i scheduled an appointment so if you see this, let this be your sign to book with Pauliha. she works magic. i cannot praise this place enough. thank yall!!<3

Whitney Lackey is the best!! She is professional, super cute, and very efficient! I would hate it when hair stylists would yall so much to others they would take 2 hours to color hair alone. Not Whitney, she gets it done and is very knowledgeable and friendly!

This was my first time getting my hair cut in a very long time. Everyone from start to finish was amazing and helpful to me. My stylist, Sarah, is such a kind and thoughtful person and worked with me the whole way to help get a style for me that I can maintain, and the products/tools I need to keep it up at home. I immediately scheduled another appointment with her 6 weeks out because I have found my hairstylist! Sarah was happy to work within my budget and suggest products that would achieve a look I’m going for at home. The haircut was a great price for me, and her knowledge on my hair type being so fine and thin (and damaged) was a blessing. Thank you to everyone who helped me do this, and thank you so much Sarah! I look forward to coming back soon!
Note: my haircut is what I’m listing as what I spent as my additional items I purchased were outside the cost of my wash, cut, and style. It also doesn’t reflect the 20% tip I left so please keep that in mind!

I was recommended by a stylist at another salon to squeeze my daughter in for a last minute cut. We got there 20 min early and waited a total of 45 minutes. Some sort of mixup with scheduling. My daughter planned on getting her hair cut short and they wanted to make up for the wait with a conditioning treatment. I refused because there was no point in that. When she got her hair cut, I feel like the girl didn’t know what she was doing. We showed a hairstyle with several different angles so she could get an idea of how we wanted it. She cut her bangs unbelievably short. I was horrified as the haircut continued. It was nothing like the picture. When we checked out they did give a discount but as we went outside the wind caught my daughter’s hair and half her bangs were cut super short and the rest fell to her eyebrows. We walked back in the get it fixed. I didn’t ask for a fix bc at this point, you can’t fix one inch bangs. I will never go back to this salon and would never recommend anyone. I don’t wanna give the stylist name bc I don’t want to bash her. Just disappointed in the terrible experience we had.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Pauliha! She did an amazing job. She is so sweet and truly cares about you & your hair. She gave me exactly what I wanted; I love my hair!!! She gave me the icy blond look I wanted and also cut my hair. She is so gentle and will ask throughout the whole service "how are you doing?" One of the things that I absolutely loved^! I also got to meet other ladies that assisted her, and all were absolutely lovely!
She worked so hard to give me what I wanted, and I will be keeping her as my hair stylist. Very attentive to every detail and always made me feel comfortable. She also educated me more on how to treat my hair and gave me tips to make it healthier. Definitely a wonderful experience. I left booking a blow out and another touch up with Pauliha.

I went to get a hair cut today which I was told would be $48. Went to check out and was then told it would be $88. I asked why and they said because of the treatment I was given, which I was not aware I got nor was told I would be charged an extra 40 dollars for. They said the best they could do was give me $15 dollars off because they’d already done the treatment. Super disappointed in this place.

My hair is coily and I have trouble trusting stylists with its care. Taylor R conversationally asked me what I envisioned (all I could really tell her was what I didn’t want, I hadn’t even brought an inspo pic). Somehow she took that information and gave me a curly-cut and glaze that made my hair feel lighter, healthier, softer. At every point she was reassuring and warm; she answered every one of my questions and took my concerns into consideration. I LOVE my results, and I’ll be back to have her take great care of me again! Thank you so much!

I started seeing Ashley at Celebrity about 3 years ago, and I am here. to. stay. She not only gave me everything I ever asked for when I went in for my appointments, but she taught me how to take better care of my hair at home on my own. I always had dreams of colors in my hair but was scared of hair damage. She does an AWESOME job of keeping my hair healthy and thriving. Here are some of my favorites she's done so far!!
