I've always favored this pawnshop over all others in town. Today, however, they let me down when they locked their doors 3 mins before their closing time. They looked at me through the window and made eye contact with me, and just stood there. This is the first time they've done that to me. And it's pouring down rain

Decent pawn shop Good deals at times so worth the stop Only issue is that multiple occasions I have showed up at 4:25-4:30 and there is nothing outside, bikes and all outdoor equipment. Walk in and all the Guns(highest selling items are gone & put away. 35-40min before closing time Asked at 4:30 what time they close and was told 5 I said ohh ok and walked out Generally and as a business if you close at 5 that generally does not mean walk out at 5 That means you help the last customer and close the store at 5 Witnessed multiple people walk in and walk right out, bet they were also perturbed at the situation Guess when the manager is away the children will play

Don’t trust them. They call me and give me an extension till Friday and when I show up they said it was already sell. Plus it was sell to a worker like really. He bought my ps5 for 250 not fear

I go to this pawn shop mainly to buy jewelry and they're always willing to cut a few dollars off for me which is nice. They also have some good deals on silver rings to the point where asking for a discount is not needed. Also Julie she is so sweet and helpful :) I'll definitely keep returning there.

This store is no good they take your money and half of the things that they are selling do not work they do not give money back so don't ask that question then when you ask for the manager number to speak with someone higher than him I repeat don't go into this store unless you want to lose your money because they ain't trying to give you anything back they gone tell you it's not their problem and look at you crazy this store really needs to be closed down

I have used this particular pawn shop over the years when I've hit hard times. Each time I've had great experiences with the staff. After several visits, I was greeted with friendliness and welcomed with smiles. Even after not being there for years I was nervous about going back in & once again I was treated with politeness. I've had to put some items there temporarily & pay on them monthly until I get back on my feet. Yes there is interest but it's a business. I've even bought a few reasonably priced items while there & put a few things on layaway. While I don't have much experience with any other pawn shops I don't see a reason to go to another one since I'm SO pleased with Cash America. My goal is to get back on my feet financially and retrieve my items & than drop in to purchase a few things like a cute purse!

I give them 5⭐ because I know not all the employees are bad... But I went in to pawn my ?600.00 ring and they want to give me 300 for it and I shop there all the time one to go place. This kid talking bout the price of gold and what not... So I probably won't be going back there to shop anymore.
