Additionally, Bob who was my driver to and from the collision center was courteous and ensured a smooth ride. They all deserve a pay raise. Despite having great customer service, the vehicle I received smelled of smoke, which detracted from my overall experience.”
“Staff is very friendly.FYI - the google maps location is pinned on the KFC. The Hertz office is on the SE corner of the shopping center in-between Knight Club and Q Nails. I had a bit of a hard time finding it as a first timer.”

“We rented a Slingshot yesterday and had a great time cruising around in it. The unit seemed to be brand new and operated flawlessly. The staff is great and set us up for success. My wife got home discovered she had lost an earring. Called Aggieland Slingshot and they immediately went out and checked the parking spots and the unit. They found it and kept it for us until we could return. Again, the staff is great and we had a blast. The office is a little hard to find because they are not allowed outside signage. Just go upstairs and look for door 218.”
