Mrs. Newkirk was great! She was very knowledgeable in all our needs. BVSCU's entire staff members are always so polite and friendly. They take pride in knowing their customers by name and greeting them as soon as they enter the door. If you need a bank with service great, BVSCU is the place for you. Mrs. Ortiz is the best loan officer you can ask for! I can not brag enough about this bank and her enough! From the unbeatable interest rates, warranties, and customer service, this bank is just undeniably a 10/10. If you are trying to build credit, and do not know where or how to start, please go here! I don't even know where to begin. I have never experienced customer service like I have with BVSCU, more specifically, within the loans department. I refuse to do a loan with this bank unless Violeta handles the loan. She calls to check on me, she moves fast when needed, and everyone in the department. A man named Jerome is equally as awesome. I recently purchased a car where Violeta left early, but the dealer would not release the car until drafted was sent to the dealer. Violeta and her team closed my loan in UNDER 30 MINUTES!!!! She calls to check on my new purchases, and she helps me with anything I need. I will never leave this bank as long as she works there. Jerome and his supervisor I think his name is oscar are amazing. Please keep up the good work guys!

Good place if you need an in-person bank/credit union. Helpful staff, namely, Jasmine Freeman. She makes this location great! You can tell she enjoys helping customers, and you can tell just by her voice that she has a smile on her face.

Lisa Ortiz was a great help to my husband and I. We have banked at BVSCU for several years, and it is because of the continued excellent customer service we receive that we stay there.
