We paid for them to come to our office and work on our computers for an hour. The gentleman came out and would only work on one issue. He would not address our other issues. Lousy customer service on his part.

Such a great experience! Anna was lovely and knowledgeable and was understanding when I would come into her store minutes before closing. I work full time, and am a full time student so when I started building my PC as a small project on the side I quickly realized I would not have time to put my full attention on it. Anna told me a fair price for an assembly and took a week to finish the build. She does discounts for college students and calls you personally whenever there might be a risk for data deletion (in my case there wasn't). If you notice one of my strimmers is slightly off it is because I bought the wrong size, not the person assembling. He told me how to fix the issues whenever I would buy the replacement (again I bought the wrong strimmer, not their fault) and gave me tips on how to keep my PC functional. I am happy with this service and will be recommending this store to my other PC buddies who are looking for diagnostics and assembly.Thank you Brazos Valley Computer for giving me this badass PC so quickly!

Since moving to BCS early this year, I haven’t had to write a single negative review for a business in CS… until today.Anna was astonishingly unprofessional. I went in for Identigo fingerprinting services. Got there early and found the lobby full. No one greeted anyone walking in. The employee in the back ignored every attempt made by customers to get his attention. One customer even opened and closed the door numerous times to ring the bell for service. Still… nothing! Everyone explained that Anna left and said she’d be back shortly but that she’d been gone close to 20 minutes. Two customers left. When Anna returned, she was already late for our appointments. Anna then helped a young lady before me and proceeded to yawn loudly and repeatedly throughout her entire transaction. She was even giving instructions to the young lady while yawning. It was bad.Then, my turn came and she called me into the “enrollment” area behind the partition next to the lobby. After asking for my documents, she picked out an eye booger and said “I got it on the first try!” A bit grossed out and having just overheard her entire interaction with the previous customer, I asked her to please use some of the hand sanitizer she had on her desk before I handed over my docs. She was seemingly caught off guard and said “I know!” and began to argue and get defensive. Thankfully, seeing I showed her no reaction, she paused, took a breath and begrudgingly said “thank you for the reminder.” I explained to her my disappointment with the experience to that point and told her that people expect a certain level of professionalism when going in for such services and that not greeting customers, repeatedly and loudly yawning, and practicing poor hygiene was not appropriate or professional.Important note: I did not see Anna wipe down or sanitize the equipment between customers. She also puts her hands on top of your hands while positioning them for each fingerprint. The face I made when she handed over her keyboard (my first thought: “ew, do I really have to?”) so I could type and correct my address after I explicitly told her to please use the address on my identification card.Also, do not expect to receive undivided attention from her while she’s handling your transaction. She answered the phone mid prints and started signing to me which finger to put down on the scanner! I truly hope there are no errors when everything is said and done!This was no doubt an extremely unpleasant experience. I will not frequent this location ever again. Heed the warnings and read some of the other reviews. I happily and earnestly submitted the survey to IDEMIA found on the bottom of my receipt. I hope to never deal with Anna or this business ever again.

I went in recently to see if they could disable the touch settings because my laptop had ghost-touch. It wasn't a quick fix because you are constantly fighting the screen and cursor to do what you want it to do. I appreciate the time Anna took to fix it and now my laptop works just fine.

Don't go, there is a reason half the reviews are 1 star and have a very long story to them. One of these long stories is almost exactly what I experienced. Just don't go. Please trust us.

Do not go to this place, they continuously lie about how long it takes to repair, telling you it would take only a week, but will take 3 weeks for a diagnostic. They will then give you a ridiculous price for repair and force you pay a diagnostic fee if you don't repair there. Furthermore, they will return your laptop in a non-working state. Would not come here in a million year.

DO NOT GO AT ALL COSTS. These people will do more harm than good. Not only is the staff incredibly rude but they really will not help you. I went in for a battery issue. Left with a broken mouse track pad. After asking them to fix it they said it was fixed even though it was not. Picked up my damaged computer so no more damage could be done.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly exceptional customer service from one of the most kind individuals I have encountered. I had been struggling with a small issue and had reached out to several other computer repair places, all of whom were unable to assist me. The owner of the store was able to complete the task really quickly. They're a great place to go to for all repair needs and more. She took the time out of her busy day to assist me.
