In 2011 moved me from Houston & destroyed several valuable antiques of mine and never told me they just glued the pieces together and it wasn't until a couple years later the glue started to ooze out of the pieces &that's how I discovered that they had broken them horrible horrible people do not use them. they broke a lamp,said they were going to have it fixed & took it with them & then I came home one day & found the pieces of the lamp just sitting outside no explanation no response and they also left my locked file cabinet back at the old house with all my silver in it & all my valuable papers, I paid for pack & unpack BUT THEY JUST THREW EVERYTHING IN ONE ROOM. Never got response to complaints. Paid over $11,000. Damages over20K

My wife and I have moved many times over the years and hired different moving companies. I have to say the best experience we have ever had has been with Brazos moving and storage. Their people are so professional and careful in the way they treated our furniture and art work. They moved us from our home in Salado and put everything into storage until we bought a home in College Station. When we bought a home they moved our furniture out of storage into their trucks 10 days early so that we did not have to pay an additional months rent on the storage facility. After we closed on the house, they moved us in with no damage to anything we owned. I give them 5 stars. They are the best! Honorable Fred Brown

Ok gang! We used Brazos Moving and Storage to move in to our new house yesterday. They ROCKED IT!!! Big guys, careful, very professional and respectful. The moves was much larger than they expected. They called in reinforcements and bang! Four more guys who are happy to get the work. They started at 9am and worked until almost 9pm. Oh! And the pricing was very reasonable.

We were NOT happy with our Budget truck rental from Brazos Moving & Storage. The truck was absolutely filthy inside the cab and in the cargo box, and there is no excuse for that kind of filth to be given to a customer to deal with. The cab was full of mud, paper trash, and crushed plastic bottles, and the cargo box was full of mud, wads of foil, and wadded up papers. We had to do some serious cleaning before we could even think of loading our belongings into this truck. The 12 moving pads that we paid to rent were dirty and torn, and the headlights on the truck were dangerously out of adjustment, pointing skyward instead of illuminating the roadway for safe driving. The employee who rented the truck to us was rude, as well. We have rented from other Budget locations several times previously, but this location in College Station is definitely not a satisfactory location to use, and believe me, we will never make that mistake again.

This company is outstanding. They went way beyond the ordinary. They picked up my things from a previous Storage place. They carefully separated what would drop off at my house and then deliver the rest to Angleton, TX. I highly recommend them. They are No. 1.
