I had order a suppressor from the website. The website said there where 3 in stock. With in 24 hours the information from the transfer dealer cleared. Shortly after the order status changed to cleared for shipping. It remained that way for two weeks. I called to inquire and the man on the phone informed me that the suppressors where 11 months back ordered. I asked her why the website said that there where suppressors in stock. He said that they drop ship from that company and the inventory number on the website, is not the actual inventory. I told him the only reason I order was because it was in stock and that it s misleading to have your website say you have stock that you do not actually have. His response was that “a lot of companies do that” there is nothing wrong with drop shipping, but don’t tell people you have items you don’t have just to get their money. It is not ok to mislead people just because others are doing it. It is immoral.
I was granted a full refund in a timely manner.

This is the absolute best gun shop I’ve been to hands down! Customer service was amazing and better than any gun shop I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is knowledgable and more than willing to help you with anything you have questions about or need.
I’m telling you this place is a hidden gem!
I’m sold and found the gun shop for me. Handguns, Rifles, Suppressors, etc. they’ve got it all!
I can’t thank these guys enough for the help and efforts they gave me! I’ll be back for sure. Joseph, Thomas, and Braden are real stand up guys and will treat you right.

Attention All,
This is Absolutely the best company to do business with! Hands down 100% Customer service. I had a lost package issue with the USPS and not only did boss firearms take care of it but they immediately took appropriate action to make my order a priority. Mr. Moore, is an outstanding employee and took care of everything for me worry free. I can't thank these guys enough for the work they have done and for the positive reassurance that they have given me. I would recommend this company before all other firearms companies in a heartbeat.

Cannot give them 0 stars or I would. Bid on an item that was listed on GunBroker. The pricing was good for the product advertised (pictured). The auction ended in 2 minutes so I bid. I won the auction and. then immediately messaged the seller through GunBroker to request confirmation that the item they would be sending was as pictured/advertised on the auction. I received no response. I sent this message because I had another GunBroker seller on a buy now product (same as this auction item) send me a product that was similar but was not the item advertised. The seller of the auction item did not respond to my message. I received an invoice on which there was a phone number..which no one ever answered, and an email which to me is always better anyway because you have proof of your communications. I sent them an email asking once again for confirmation. Once again I received no response to my request. I explained that once they sent confirmation that the item advertised/pictured was the item I would receive I would contact their office to pay for the item,...if they answered the phone. No response. I reached out to GunBroker to request assistance from them, and they did not respond or offer any assistance. In fact they locked my account because I did not send payment for an item that I could not confirm. I would never do business with this Company and I bought many items from GunBroker before they locked my account, but even though it appears they have unlocked it, I will not do business with them again either. Poor business practices for both of these companies. In business mistakes are made, that is not the measure of a business. How you resolve the mistake if you even make an effort (which neither of these companies did) is what people will measure you by. I have started making every follower and person at my private gun club as well as friends at gun shows, not to do business with either of these companies. So sad a simple email could have resolved this....guess that was too difficult of a task for Boss Firearms.

Awful experience, won an item on GB, paid for it, messaged days later to see about shipping eta and was told it was not in stock. Reached out to their contact person, manager, and would not make situation right. I won't buy from them anymore. Seems like a common problem & they don't care to make it right. View reviews on GB that they often advertise items and don't follow thru with sale. I've done business with them in the past, and will not further due to attitude and not standing up to the sale I won.
