I went to the store on Texas Ave the agent was going to charge me 35 dollars to " try" to unlock a phone he couldn't unlock not to mention a phone they no longer use on their network what a SCAM!

was out window shopping and stopped at this rude unprofessional place went in wasn't greeted it was very quiet a weird lady just sitting there a guy comes from the back asked if he can help us I said no I'm just looking continued to look around at displays and my daughter was looking at cases for her phone immediately he told us if he can't help us we can't be in the store didn't ask if we were customers thinking bout switching nothing you'd think we just broke into this man home or something...will most definitely avoid this place if possible and if I do have to go in for something I'd rather switch phone companies he lost business with me and FYI I have 4 phones on boost and I was looking to upgrade phones and cases

I am technically challenged to say the least and heard that Boost is a great option over paying exorbitant monthly fees on service without sacrificing connectivity. Ace was so helpful and patient. He is professional, knowledgeable and I would ask for his help when you go in because he took the time to walk me through everything on my new phone and went above and beyond!

The attending salesmen made sure everyone entering the store wore the appropriate face masks, and he was prompt and efficient whenever my turn came up to pay my bill.I would recommend this place if your needing a cell phone carrier !
